Nice, i feel the kitchen could get bigger, if you move the wall in the dining towards the right, the dining room will become smaller and the kitchen bigger, nice plan though.

…haven said that, the console I sold was “xbox one s”. I’d advise you to copy from someone who owns the exact model of your xbox “xbox one”. When its “series x to series x”, “series s to series s”, “one s to one s” you wouldn’t need to update what you have copied provided it’s the latest version. If not you might end up downloading an update as big as the game itself in some cases.

I bought this 3 bedroom duplex with I sitting room since 2019 ,but the upper part is opened which means they didn’t deck the upper part . And we are a family of 5 (3 children) . So I am thinking of covering the upper part (deck it ) and make it a sitting room to create more space for the family . The present design of the interior is a mordern style which allows the upper part to be a total waste of space and I am thinking of turning the space to a parlor probably for the children . I want to know how much it will cost me to deck base on the present cost of building materials and is it advisable to convert the empty space to a sitting room or I should just leave it the way it is .

He called after missing my call that he saw the transaction I made and told me the time exactly, he wasn’t in Lagos that day and his boy probably attended to the customer. It was a cash withdrawal. The guy withdrew the cash I paid and it might be difficult to catch. He said to send him the guys number as he will go to the police and also report to Opay.

that guy is either the person behind the scam or an accomplish, when we spoke i told him the amount, date and time, first he said he cannot remember all the transactions he did that day, he will check and get back to me, later he called and said he has checked and no such transaction exists, i should Bleep off and he will report me to police. How come he is saying otherwise.

Extract his name from Truecaller, run the name on Facebook for his profile.

All other details you need to get him is there, I don't want to post it but I have all those details already.

His kind of work and his employer details. So easy to catch.

I don't agree that it's a POS account. If someone wants to withdraw via POS using transfer, they make the transfer at the shop not that they'll make the transfer whenever they like and then come back for the cash.

The scammer is someone he knows.

The pos guy is a criminal, he called back again, telling me he has checked, and he didn't see any 30k transaction, that he will report my number to the police, that i should get a Bleep out. He is even on WhatsApp, i sent him the screenshots, his pictures and the debit alert, so he will know, he is a criminal, he might even be the person behind it all.

He called back sounding sincere, he said that the account number is for his pos business, that he can't remember who and who did transactions on his pos that day being 15th June, is possible that the scammer used his pos to withdraw the money, he asked me to bring the details of the person that transferred the money to his opay so he will check his records, and report to opay. He also asked for his phone number.

But will that fish out the scammer.
