details? in the building industry, details are revealed by pictures of past work, references or sketches, a picture can convey a thousand words.

listing every details would seem boring and your audience will loose interest in the ad, hence it is recommended you add pictures to it. Just highlights and less details makes it unique.

About prices, a serious client would dm, i highly recommended that, because many information would influence price of a particular trade, a concrete window mould would never be the same price with what is obtainable in enugu, the materials won't be the same, the sizes, quantity and market price also.

Honestly speaking money and details chat are better off in the dms than here. To avoid littering and itk's invading and wading off a potential client.

baba if water droplets is already coming out under the concrete slab, go and locate the areas in which water is finding its route, fill it with cement, then treat the surface of the roof slab, don't allow water to be logged on the roof, if it is not sloppy, make it sloppy, if you don't understand this, quote me no more

Your response is actually an opposite of what I heard from other builders though but I appreciate.

bitumen membranes, concrete floor hardners, sealants and other several concrete water proofing treatments and chemicals, are usually applied on the roof slab it can last for up to 25 years and water will not pass through your roof slab, another thing is to ensure that your roof gutters are not blocked, it is also necessary the roof slab is slightly sloped so water will not be logged in one area so it will always flow out, but here in Nigeria we just build build our concrete slab and leave it bare to rain water, of course with time water will sip through it.
