Akoko Edo are Edo people. The other part of Akoko in Ondo state are Edo lands recently occupied by some Yoruba speaking people. The Akokos in Ondo state are predominantly Edo.

For how long shall the Afenifere continue to watch Yorubas die on daily basis from committing suicide. This has spilled out of hand. Afenifere, Opc, and Yoruba governors has to wake up.
