Carnivals are borrowed from the Caribean, so it is a no surprise to see Carribean outfits. Reggae music also came from them to us and you hardly see people question reggae musicians for singing like Carribeans.
In Nigeria, we have our national and state cultural festivals and they showcase Nigerian cultural attires.

This should be called a south east gathering and not an Igbo gathering. Does it mean that there are no Igbo indigenes in Rivers state?. Where were they during this silly and idiotic gathering.
