It is so nice to have Babapupa back here in nairaland. He is a boy who is not afraid to say the truth. While Babapupa was away, yorugba boys and girls have been defending the fools who have made yorubaland a laughing stock.
Babapupa is not afraid to shame Awo or any yoruba leader.
Babapupa is the best yoruba poster in nairaland.

sonya4all: If the igbodos are so igboid, why then have they ostracised their king, because he secretly maried an igbo woman from ebonyi, against the customs of their land, that kings must marry frm igbodo or any royal family?
Simple,no true ika man, wants to be associated with igbons. So spare me the emotional rubbish.
Brain-dead monkey, it is a wide practice in Igboland. But some communities have moved on so must Igbodo. Buy some brains you fool.

kodilson: That`s the stupid and unfounded trash people hear every day from these igbo guys. The story is now the other way round.Part of that your Ngwaland migrated migrated from old Ikwerre/Etche,notablly Owa-aza.They are were part and parcell of Etcheland which their anciestral home was located between Omuechem/Igwuruta Ali and Omagwa.Etche`s Benin origin is not deniable nor disputed tracing it through their historical background, before every other immigarnts from other tribes began to identify themsaves with the aborigins that eventually lead to the curruption of their mother tongue and otherwise, which is Familiar to other tribes too.

Sometime, you guys sits somewhere to talk about things you don`t really know much about it. The truth is that you can not give the history you don`t know much about it without consulting wide oherwise you give a bias information instead. The Iboland is not that large if you come to think about it,The Arochukwu`s migrated from Benin and where they occupy today belongs to the Akwa Ibomites,The Anambra,Ohaji Egbema,Aba,part of Eboyi etc.Kindly consult wide before any other contribution from you.
Monkey shut up your smelly mouth for once. Let Aros here catch you saying they migrated from Benin. You are not Igbo an not in a position to discuss Igbo affairs, iidiot.

PoliticsRe: South-East To Get An Additional State - GEJ by Ngodigha1(m): 11:09pm On Nov 26, 2012
mens dept: WHy dont you shut your mouth you local fool. He's right. Having a plethera of small states everywhere with their local cargo airports is just what the British man wanted.

Its divide and rule. Outside of Lagos and ABuja, every state (especially in the SOuth) is poor and local, because the people are so divided into Abia State vs ANambra vs Cross River, and then Imo West vs Imo East and nonsense.]

Merge the states and you'll see development and the decrease in possibility to install fools like Theo Orji as governor of 5 million folks as opposed to 1 million. Thats why Lagos state tends to produce leaders elected by the people.
Monkey, for the fact other geo-political zones have more number of states than the south east, the south east will always demand for parity. Get it into your tick skull, first class fool.

PoliticsRe: Chinua Achebe At 82: 'We Remember Differently' - Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie by Ngodigha1(m): 10:17pm On Nov 26, 2012
Ibime: I'm disappointed in Adichie (my wife). She's neither here nor there, blowing grammar all over the place with shallow depth.

She should apply more wisdom and leave this poisoned chalice of a subject alone before she ruins her goodwill with all Nigerians on both sides of the debate. She just did the literary equivalent of shiiiiing in her own market.

Woke Soyinka is loved by all Nigerians because he listens to his conscience rather than prevaricating from A to B. He just speaks his mind and damn the consequences, like "fork all y'all" . . .and all Nigerians love him cos he never lets grammar get in the way of the stark nekked truth.
She was not on any side of the division. That is good.
PoliticsRe: Chinua Achebe At 82: 'We Remember Differently' - Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie by Ngodigha1(m): 10:15pm On Nov 26, 2012
Prof Corruption: How exactly is Adichie a world figure? Is it based on fact that she lacks originality as typified in a recycled Ted talk? Or this conjectural crap of hers that's full of stories told by "adults"? Adichie is nothing short of intellectual fraud, a top player in the league created by Philips Emeagwali.

The facts are all out there for world to see and appreciate. There is no independent writer who has weighed in on this issue without returning the verdict of culpability on your most revered coward Ojukwu. The facts are clear: a land corridor was proposed which Ojukwu rejected. Awolowo must have informed him to reject it. Airlift was to be made during the day but Ojukwu preferred the night. Awolowo must have advised against the day. It Awolowo that informed Ojukwu to charge landing fees for humanitarian shipments. It was Awolowo's fault that despite personal pleadings against the war, Ojukwu went ahead with declaration of secession. It was Awolowo fault that the greatest army south of Sahara could not feed her citizens. It was Awolowo who planned the coup in which leaders of both Northern and Western regions were killed in cold blood while that of East escaped unhurt and untouched. It was Awolowo who asked Ironsi to decree unitary system and irrevocably destroyed federalism. When the going was good for Igbo, nigeria was sweet, it one naigeriya! It did not occur whether elections were rigged in other regions, whether national representation was not fair, whether indigenisation policy be formulated, whether census figures were falsified? Nothing was happening as long as Igbo were fine and happy. But everything became terrible once the coin flipped.

When the coward returned to Nigeria, it was Awolowo who asked him to join NPN and campaigned vigorously against his election. The same Igbo people crying everyday did not even vote for their hero. It was Awolowo who asked Ojukwu to swallowed his pride without shame and collected pensions as a colonel, not as fake general he called himself while running the illusion called Biafra. It was Awolowo who asked Azikiwe to defect to Nigerian side during the war. It was Awolowo who engineered everything wrong with Igbo in today's Nigeria.

Igbo are easy to understand: when he speaks, he says the truth, it does not matter if it's patently fallacious, historical perversion or clearly illogical. it remains the truth as long as it is uttered by Igbo. They would even challenge you: did you live during the war? it does not matter that same fellow challenging you is as young as your good self. They would never take the conflicting testimonies of other generals who fought the war as the truth. Independent writers must have been corrupted by Nigerians. But that of Achebe who was the master propagandist during the war is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

When Igbo is appointed, it's based on merit. It did not matter to them that being the VC of UI and Unilag in the heartland of equally educated (if not more) Westerners was far from being meritorious. When Ironsi decree unitary system, it was the right thing to do. But when Gowon cashed in on already decreed unitary system, it was abomination.

Adichie and her imaginary "adults" should go and lick their wounds. Victim mentality is ravaging alaigbo today with reckless abandon. When you defeat folks suffering from superiority complex, this is what you get: everlasting lamentations. They blame you for defeating them. They hate you for screwing their fathers' ball, for giving their ladies to mercenaries to hit very hard, for making it abundantly clear to them that they amount to nothing. They can not manage defeat, they are unable to do unsentimental independent assessment, they can't just hold their failed leaders accountable. They always blame the victor for nothing else but landing an excruciating defeat on their miserable moronic thinking faculties.
Monkey, and who the hell are you?. Adichie we all know

afam4eva: Nollwood actor, gentle Jack was interviewed at this year's Abuja carnival and he was ashamed that they have now replaced out traditional clothes with those Caribbean outfits. It's a shame.

Btw, why are we having the 2009 pictures instead of the 2012 pictures.
Carnivals are borrowed from the Caribean, so it is a no surprise to see Carribean outfits. Reggae music also came from them to us and you hardly see people question reggae musicians for singing like Carribeans.
In Nigeria, we have our national and state cultural festivals and they showcase Nigerian cultural attires.

This should be called a south east gathering and not an Igbo gathering. Does it mean that there are no Igbo indigenes in Rivers state?. Where were they during this silly and idiotic gathering.
@The poster, do not present this sort of junk to us as Igbo day.
How can you be having an Igbo day in an Igbo town even without the Igbo natives in Port Harcour or Rivers state. This thread should be thrown into the thrash bean.
