@OP, this is a really good idea. However, I would advise that you set this up away from Nairaland (and prying eyes).

No, I don't think that. I just think that your money could be better served in the East. Ebonyi State, where you're from, is great for agriculture and you said that you want to enter the food sector. With only 2 million, it just makes more sense to scope some farming land in Ebonyi, buy it and start your business from there.
