The distance between Belarus and Kyiv is around 494.6 km.

An army unit travels 40km (25 miles) a day so they don't outrun their logistics. (And that figure should be lower if they face stiff resistance.)

Normally, Russia should cover that distance in about 12 days (without resistance and longer with resistance) in 3 (with resistance)? Like WTH?

That's why the West keeps yapping about Russia having logistics problems.

It doesn't. Russia only overstretched its logistics by advancing too quickly and is trying to fix that before delivering the final blow to Kyiv.

The fact that the Russians could advance that quickly indicates they are either good, the Ukranians are terrible, or both. I'll put my money on "both".

There is nothing tough about them. Historically Ukraine have been an integral part of Russia that a Ukraine under American control is actually a red line any Russian president will go to war over. Did i ever deny Soviets were defeated in Afghanistan?....was actually expecting you to say this. Why does it feel the west are getting dumber

Almost every sanction they're imposing on russia is pushing them closer to china. In this modern age of cryptocurrency, instead of finding more markets for the US dollar they're shrinking their market size.

The same tactics they used on china that made china stronger is what they're still using on russia.

Kudos to the Russia government, all these sanctions will make them self reliant and further strengthen their ties with China.

Also the US has gone to beg Venezuela for oil, atleast now the Venezuelan economy will pick up from the shitholw the US put it in the first place
