That's a vent pipe. Inexpensive part. Do not glue it, as you might cover the hole.

The reason for the vent pipe is to release air pressure and excessive oil if any . If you block it, your seals might start leaking....

Oga Gazzuzz, I beg I need help o....i found this on my Corolla 2004 transmission after its first engine wash immediately I got it a few months ago and though it hasnt impacted driving as the car is a super car on fuel economy and everything else(story for another day). I want to know its effect on the car in the long run if left this way and if I can glue it back carefully without blocking the hole there.

Good afternoon folks, please did anyone here evaluate both their bsc and masters degree? I did that cos I may be needing the first degree for certification in the engineering field over there. My question is that do I need to fill both degrees in education or fill in the masters and throw the first degree in personal history. I already filled my profile with both but I am thinking of removing first degree now till post ITA...just want to keep my profile as simple as possible

Yes the general training listening questions are similar....trust me, it isnt hard. Practise in very quiet locations, maximum concentration is necessary and follow instructions; if you're asked to choose options a-e, stick with that, your answers should be a,b,c,d or e not the words corresponding to the letters in the question, spelling and right punctuation is of utmost importance. I had 6.5 in my first ever listening test there, I aimed for 8 onwards though got 7.5 a couple of times, if/when you get a consistent 8 without rewinding the audio, you're ready and you'll most likely score higher in the real test.Goodluck

Abi, that's what any sane person would think. They are still receiving money and processing EOR. To now return people's money is hard for them. Smh

You are among the lucky few that got their score updated. Many scores won't change online after a successful EOR, you get to find out on your new TRF.

It's only Nigerian style that would be different. In every other country, they send verdict of their EOR directly to their email address.

I’m just hoping that the .5 increment I need in my speaking will be there by the time this lockdown is over and I go collect it at their office

Usually, the refund doc attachment is the sole immediate pointer to a successful EOR.

Mine was updated by the time I checked online minutes after the mail came in. I wrote with IDP though and my successful EOR mail came just before lagos lockdown

Lol, my brother submitted his refund forms since March 14th or so. Though, he was able to get his TRF and he's gotten ITA as CEC but no refund till now, and they won't process anything until after the lockdown in Lagos State.

This is somehow...congratulations to him ooo, I just went with my TRF number on the online result and I'm waiting and hoping for an fsw draw so ITA can roll in BUT I need that 46k in this covid times....I thought they said they are working from home? To transfer my money to the specified account no suppose hard from home now.

Then I'm in for a long thing.....I've not had my money refunded since March 18 that I got the successful EOR mail

For IDP, the TRF no is on the online result. It is at the bottom. Can I be wrong? Kindly check if possible

The TRF number remains the same after remark.

I strongly believe you on this...I'm quite good with letters and numbers and I didn't notice any difference in the TRF when the new result was uploaded but I wasnt so sure.

That's the mistake I made....I didnt note the TRF in the old result. All my screenshots didnt capture it

I heard from IELTS staff that they don't upload remark online. You will have to go collect the original TRF from their office. You are supposed to also get a mail saying that your EOR is ready.

No bro, it is not. As long as it is changeable post ITA, it is what you input after ITA that they will use for your application.
And btw, you might get to change it before you even get ITA. It's probable that our lockdown might be lifted before the next ITA, and then you get to collect your result.

The information I'm getting is that the result date is 12 days after the test date, hence it is more likely to be April 2nd. I've decided to be patient and not gamble though.

I used the date I got my remark mail...I was advised by experienced people here that those dates are editable post ITA. After I sent in my application, later read(on Canadavisa) about people who filled in wrong dates and changed them post ITA....if you have your Trf number, you better dive in.


But if you'll rather play safe still, it is perfectly okay.

Yes I got two forms....
1. Request for Refund/Test Date Transfer Form (it's a dual purpose form, I clicked refund in the appropriate box instead of test date transfer).
2. The transfer form itself stating the account the payment for the test was made from and the account where I want my refund to go into.


P.S: I am still waiting for my refund oooo.....I need that 46,124 in this COVID season lol

No I ticked both speaking and writing in the request form but I needed only the 0.5 for speaking and God came through.
