I'm almost done watching Wakanda Forever and I have a question.
why couldn't Shuri just wear the Black Panther suit before?
isn't the suit like an Ironman suit that anyone can wear? why do they need to drink the herb first?

The herb grants the superpowers.

oyaskii:
All hail Keyser Söze! They don't make movies like this anymore.

No, they don’t.

The Usual Suspects

Michael Jackson has got a biopic coming, just so you know. 😏

I don’t even know how to feel about it. Hopefully they do justice to it.

Miracood2:
Thanks.

It means I can call a movie or show that I enjoyed so much peak TV?

No, you can enjoy a movie so much and it’s just average at best.

Peak TV have to be universally accepted by all.

I haven't seen much hype for The Flash
But I won't be surprised if it truly makes top 10 considering the show surprisingly still has a huge following despite it being utter trash for so many years

The fans of the show alone should make up a good number of movie viewers

I think they will debut a trailer during Super Bowl halftime show. I’m also anticipating the movie, hope they don’t let us down.

May God judge who ever delete my post, is it a crime to ask for help, the other day I ask if anyone can help me with any link or site where I can download movies, one overzealous moderate or what they call them delete my post, I wonder what the person have gained ever since he or she delete it. May God judge you where you are. Please I still need any site where I can download movies from , someone should please help me out.

The site’s bot deleted it, not a person.

Top Gun: Maverick

Abduleez1

Do you know when Martin Scorsese’s movie is coming out? It’s been long I read anything about it.

IbrahimMav:
WOM will play a critical role on Nolan's next film.
If it's another Tenet, don't expect miracles.
I hope he doesn't overcomplicate what should be a straightforward biographical drama.

Oppenheimer will be fine, pretty straightforward storyline.

SOZINN:

I don’t believe them but would be nice

oyaskii:
Extreme "wokeism" is ruining the fun out of everything these days and i think movies suffer the most from it. You basically can't enjoy any movie without one airhead conjuring up a ridiculous and down right silly think piece....like just enjoy a movie and move along. I wouldn't even know the difference if black or colored actors played the role of "fictional blue aliens" living on a "fictional planet" ffs

Damn! This is just plain stupidity This world is getting interesting and I’m liking it.

Kaycee7:
Glass Onion, all in all, is still a pretty enjoyable mystery movie. Just fell a bit of the mark of matching its predecessor.

It’s a very entertaining movie with many(little) things going on. On second or third watch, many will see things they previously missed.

One of my favourite little detail was when Miles was handing drinks to his friends, he gave each theirs in a customized glass, but gave Peg a generic red cup, we later see her customizing the cup with a marker pen

itspreshh:
[b]Glass Onion....8/10
Way better than the first Knives Out movie

I knew it was only a matter of time before someone says this, I preferred the first movie though.

SOZINN:
Is this some DUMB BÍTCH JUICE I'm supposed to ignore because - double standards?
Boy goes - you don't expect me to hit a girl
And girl goes - I can't stop hahahah

Yeah - hahahahah
So funny.

I don’t see any double standard, what are you on about?

abduleez1:
My issue with Snyder's Superman is not really even the death's. It's understandable.
The only major issue I have is Clark watching while his dad died. That's definitely not what the core of the character stands for. I can overlook that but that BVS shithood were Superman had to die, in just the second movie was the last straw.
Person wey we never familiarise with and understand.

Batman killing ain't my problem. My problem is killing Dick Grayson when we have a 20yrs old experienced Dark Knight without even giving us a glimpse of the Robin character. How do you build a franchise that way?

I don’t know if it was on this thread but I remember telling someone before BvS that casting an older Bruce Wayne may work for Snyder story, but a universe should never be built on that. Snyderverse should have been an elseworld franchise.

hopefulLandlord:
Is the last one true? not him crashing the plane but crashing a real plane into a real hangar being cheaper than CGI

It’s true

Xavier5:
The rebooted DCEU will or might have issues at the beginning which is synonymous with change(s), but if they're committed to completing their proposed story arc, the franchise will be successful.

Issues like what? Low box office?

SMUAG:
It's not WB/DC but James Gunn who decided not to go with Henry Cavill, bro.
Zaslav and his board had nothing to do about it...

WB will always get the blame from me, they tipped the first domino by interfering with Snyder’s work. And since then, it has been a whirlwind of controversies and whatnots.

I’m curious to see what Gunn got in store though, hope they get it right this time.

Minemrys:
Henry Cavill bids farewell to Superman. Why make him announce his return if they were going to dump him?
James Gunn writing a new Superman movie with a younger cast.
Welcome to a new DCU.

WB/DC is so disorganized, I feel very bad for Cavill. Why did they make him announce his return when it’s not certain his project will proceed.

Ikillbrokehoes:
This is an old picture now, I've seen this picture few years ago.

I hope they are serious in producing the part 4, I would love to see Tucker and Jackie Chan again after many years.

I sincerely hope they don’t hold back on the jokes. People seems to be too sensitive now and they may want to tone down what makes Rush hour movies amazing.

abduleez1:
I always knew cancelling WW3 was cheap rumor. Gunn can't be that stupid.

If it's the same rubbish Patty and Geoff cooked for us in 1984, then she can sit this one out.
I hope and believe Gal stays.

Patty can go, I don’t really care, Gal should stay though. Wait, Geoff co-wrote that rubbish that was 1984?

TonySpike:
I don't see James Gunn's plans working, especially with this axing news everywhere. He will end up putting a death knell on DC characters because he is about to be Geoff John 2.0. I hope I am wrong though...

I don’t believe any of the axing news… yet. Gunn has said repeatedly that only he and Safran knows exactly what’s up with the DCU, so I’m hoping for a better news from them.

oyaskii:
It seems James Gunn ain't taking any risk and just committing to just any DC project but i thought Gal Gadot as "Wonder Woman" is one of the best CBM casting in recent memory and at least deserve a trilogy but that dodgy sequel didn't help it's cause still.

If her pitch doesn’t fit in, then she should right another that fits. Or are they trying to axe Wonderwoman entirely?

abduleez1:
WB really setting up a diverse and very solid 2024 slate. Damn... On paper it's very competitive. That 2024 is serious blockbuster box office business.

No DCU film 2024?

Taking some young kids to the cinemas today, wondering if ‘Prey for the devil’ is age appropriate for a 4 and 8 year old

Kids these days are soft, I’m not sure it’s a good idea to see that movie with them.
