Frostyzone: Using the term toe to toe is only valid if Shazam had put up a fight, but it didn't. Endgame completely obliterated it. WB obviously still has some lingering PTSD, and don't fancy a repeat.
Shazam held it own against Endgame, a culmination 20+ movies and did fine, I think it was moved because WB don’t want it to do just fine at the box office, they want it to do excellent numbers. If they wanted the previous BO return, they’d leave it at the December date.
SOZINN: What about Shazam? Edit: sorry bro just found out that it was pushed to march 2023. Smart move from WB, running away from competition with Avatar 2.
This and they are also broke. They are trying to spread the release date of movies so as to make money for marketing and promotions.
Minemrys: He refused a cameo appearance for Shazam, so it's not just the BO. He isn't in black Adam and though. I have seen the movie, he is not in it. He is appearing in the flash.
Is he also appearing in the flash for a post credit scene like he did in Black Adam?
IngeniousLeez: This is one Black movie I'll love people to focus on. I'm doubtful about its Box office success with the way present America is and the racial polity. The manner of. Emmett Till's death is one big talking point in America's history.
If Lovecraft Country with all its groundbreaking genre bending and superb acting and writing team couldn't get a S2 and lobbyists trying to pull it down— even got some White boys angered. Even the VFX was superb I was surprised the sizeable budget spent on that racial trope. I doubt if this one will make much head at the BO.
It's weird how this masterpiece TV shows (a la Watchmen) of racial injustice in US seem to end up as miniseries even tho they triple rating awards worthy. See Candyman great ratings but weak audience score as well as tame box office for recent horror films.
This same Mississippi and bad news for Black folks.
ShaqFu: I've not watched X. I'll download it and give it a try. From my search on Google, I see it's a franchise. I'll give it a shot and see if it's worth it. Though I doubt if it'll be worth what Fear Street offered.
*I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Hey, I'm wondering if it's just me but have you notice Google Users no longer rate movies when you run a movie search on Google?.
GloriousGbola: it is the watchmen tv show that showed the tulsa massacre, something white america would rather pretend did not happen - and something all the aspiring house niggers who are hopping on the all lives matter train need to see to understand just where black america is coming from and how much still needs to be done
Imagine my surprise when I saw that a lot of folks haven’t read about Tulsa riots until Watchmen came out. The cover-up by Murica is really crazy.
A perfect blend of slapstick physical comedy, one liners, martial arts, and Chinese superstition. Mr. Vampire is genuinely funny, wire-wrought martial arts, monster horror and wacky dancing.
So the name is Mr Vampire, I keep inputting Mr Stiff Corpse into the search bar.
Brokeloser: Rise 2022 Good clean movie surprisingly made by Disney. No woke propaganda,no gay, lesbian, trans bullshit,no strong feminist woman, incompetent men bullshit,no girl power nonsense.I was genuinely shocked and pleasantly surprised.
Smart business move by disney,I'm sure if they had added lgbtq nonsense the movie would have tanked as its target audience are Nigerians.I rate this movie 10/10.
Its targeted market aren’t Nigerians alone, it’s for everyone. The movie is literally a story of Giannis’ life, it’s not like they can just include stuffs that didn’t happen into it.
