Chigold101:
it is so sad to see a man that forgets history & play god to another man. OBJ is an ingrate. How will he so soon forget how he was saved from the gallows by good spirited Nigerians & providence.

What will OBJ benefit if Buruji Kuruji goes to jail? In 2003 this same Kashamu sponsored many of OBJ‘s campaign tour & donated so many vehicles to OBJ‘s campaign.

A weak man is that man who can not forgive but goes all the way to rubish that man that offended him.

If Adenuga can survive OBJ... Buruji can.
If Amaechi can survive OBJ... Buruji can.
If Tinubu can survive OBJ... Buruji can.

If the Igbos can survive OBJ... Buruji can & will survive this odeal.
So you consider it bad if he goes to jail? Are Nigerians not being jailed on daily basis for stealing mere pot of soup or fowls? Is he better or more than James Ibori, who is serving his Jail terms in the U.K? You must an accomplice and you must be treated as such!

first go and make ur findings properly The FCT minister is the initiator of the the centenary city, secondly,i can say of a truth that pipe borne water has never been a problem in Abuja since his tenure.Nigerians are quick to celebrate mediocrity but slow to hail achievements.@nickxtra try and get ur findings right maybe u would save us the typos here.
Aside the districts for the rich and partly some areas in Kubw and Gwas, tell me another Satellite town with pipe borne water. Not even Bwari that's close to Usuma Dam where is water originates and even Dutse that some of the water pipelines going to town pass through
PoliticsRe: Looking Back At Sen Bala Mohammed’s Stewardship by nickxtra(m): 2:24pm On Apr 17, 2015
In as much as I will not write off the average performance of the FCT Minister, some persons should save us these sponsored praises of the Minister. We must not forget the fact that this man has spent close to 6 years as Minister, yet the major achievements are just to open up new districts with private investors backrolling the financing and the Usuma Dam projevt. Pls, what major road project did this minsiter awarded in his 6 years as Minister? Maybe just to complete the numerous road projects he met? Then where did the budgetry allocations vanished into? Apart from some selected areas in the heart of Abuja, how many satellite towns and residents have access to pipe borne water? For the information of the public, the Centeniary project is a Federal Government sponsored project. But if I may ask, is somebody afraid somwhere, to neccessitate these praise singing of the Minister everyday? Some thing must be wrong somewhere and we need to know.

PoliticsPDP Boasts: We Won’t Be In Opposition For More Than 4 Years by nickxtra(op): 5:33pm On Apr 16, 2015
Lagos – The Lagos State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on Thursday said it could not afford to be in opposition in the state for more than four years.
The state Publicity Secretary of the Party, Mr Taofik Gani, spoke on the sidelines of the presentation of Certificates of Return to elected political office holders in Lagos.
INEC, at the event, presented certificates to 29 candidates who emerged winners in the just concluded general elections, including the Lagos State Governor-Elect, Mr Akinwumi Ambode of the All Progressives Congress.
Ambode had polled 811, 994 votes to beat Mr Jimi Agbaje, the PDP governorship candidate, who came second with 659, 788 votes in the April 11 election.
The PDP, however, won some seats in the House of Representatives in some Federal Constituencies in the state and in the state House of Assembly.
Gani told NAN that the party would eventually get the governorship seat in future.
“We will go back to our strategy table because we cannot afford to be in opposition for more than four years.
“We commend ourselves, we made a long leap. This is the first time the PDP has recorded such winnings. We now have seats in the House of Representatives and House of Assembly.
“We are indeed very excited. We want it to be known that we won more seats but lost out to manipulation,” he said.
Gani said that the party had re-oriented its members who won House of Representatives and House of Assembly seats not to see themselves as PDP members but as representatives of the people.
“They are not going to be antagonistic but to contribute their quota to the growth of the country.
“The opposition we will play will fundamentally be constructive and not destructive.
“Indeed, it is the opposition the APC played that gave them power. We will be constructive in our criticism and ensure that we engage those in power meaningfully,” he said. (NAN)

PoliticsBreaking: Police Arrests The Girl That Kidnapped The Orekoya Children In Lagos by nickxtra(op): 11:58am On Apr 16, 2015
More details continue to emerge on the arrest of Mary Adebiyi, the nanny who abducted the Orekoya kids and who was picked up by operatives of SARS, led by Abba Kyari yesterday last night at Coker Estate, Shasha , Akowonjo, Lagos.
She was arrested with her maid after she fled her home when she realised police operatives have closed in on her.
The police say contrary to what she told her employer and the OLX portal, her real name is Funmilayo Adeyemi and she hails from Osun State. She had earlier claimed Oyo State to her cover tracts.
According to Police sources, Adebiyi is not new in the kidnapped business, she was the mastermind of the December, 2014 kidnap of two boys in the area.
Sources also said, she runs a syndicate with others, who are still at large and effort is on to arrest the other members of the gang.
How Nanny was arrested
Immediately the kidnapped case was reported, the SARS team swung into action, asking the Orekoyas to pay a fraction of the ransom into the account of an unnamed bank, said to have been opened in Oyo State. SARS investigation revealed a link between the contact number on the account and that of the nanny.
The kidnappers and her gang withdrew N400,000 from the account using the ATM as the Police set up surveillance on the account and calls on the mobile phones of members of the syndicate.
According to sources, all plans to lure nanny out of her den failed, but sensing danger, she quickly abandoned the children, which were found Tuesday night, thinking the discovery will get the SARS team off her trail but the police tighten the noose on her. Sensing danger, she hurriedly evacuated her home in Coker Estate and was on the verge of leaving town when the law enforcement agents finally caught her with her maid, Wednesday night.
The Police are still on the trail of other members of the gang. Source: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/04/orekoya-kids-police-unmask-nanny-real-names-funmilayo-adeyemi/

PoliticsRe: You Must Run Far From OBJ If You Want To Succeed As President, Owie Tells Buhari by nickxtra(m): 10:04am On Apr 16, 2015
lalasticlala:
Former Senate Chief Whip, Rowland Owie, has advised president-elect, Muhammadu Buhari to be wary of former President Olusegun Obasanjo if he desired to succeed as Nigeria’s leader.

In a statement in Benin City, capital of Edo State, yesterday, Owie said: “To Buhari, I thank God for you, but you must deliver on your promises and also build on what president Jonathan did.

“Above all, you must run far from OBJ! (Olusegun Obasanjo). If he can’t control your government, he will fight you.

“He has done it to all former presidents of Nigeria and even against MKO Abiola who was not sworn in.

“Never! never! I say never discuss with OBJ unless you have at least two of your aides present!”

“Half way into the tenure of President Goodluck Jonathan, a man who sees nothing good in anybody, except himself, Obasanjo, started trouble making by naming presidential and vice-presidential candidates.

“First, it was Governor Sule Lamido as president and Governor Rotimi Amaechi as his Deputy! A respectable Lamido, a founding father of PDP, was being urged to fight PDP.

“Obasanjo lured most PDP governors in the North into rebellion against the PDP to destroy the platform that gave all of them relevance, including himself. The hate mood in the North for this election against Jonathan was such that, any candidate from the North would have won the election.

“The anger was that power must return to the North. Nigerians can see that rebellion against one’s own and betrayer of one’s party doesn’t pay.

“Governor Aliyu Babangìda of Niger State, who led the rebellion against Jonathan and the PDP, lost his election to the Senate and also lost his state,” Owie added.

Owie congratulated Nigerians and President Jonathan over the peaceful polls. “I congratulate Nigerians for their commitment to democracy and particularly, congratulate President Goodluck Jonathan, for choosing to go the ‘Way of The Cross’, by quickly conceding defeat in this election which averted the impending chaos that would have enveloped the nation.

“Only those who believe in God and live life that protects his or her live and also value life.

“No child born in the street, lives on the street permanently without parental love, can keep life.

“Nigeria would have been burning now particularly in the North. Keen observers of events in Nigeria since the 2011 general election, will agree that the Boko Haram activities escalated in Nigeria when the president was elected.

“Innocent citizens, mainly Christians, were murdered and churches burnt down. Why? Yes! Politicians and non-politicians, mainly in the North, believed that a Northerner should have replaced Jonathan in 2011 to continue with the late Yar’Adua’s tenure.”

Owie therefore called on PDP members across the country to wake up so that the party can be rebuilt

“When Our Lord Jesus Christ was crucified and buried on the Good Friday, nobody, apart from the mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary, knew that Christ would rise from the grave on the third day. PDP shall rise again,” he said.

http://www.informationng.com/2015/04/you-must-avoid-obj-if-you-want-to-succeed-as-president-owie-tells-buhari.html
if OBJ could be this powerful to lure these governors to do his bidding, then he is still very relevant in the affairs of this nation.

That was the same way you guys advised GEJ and caused him to fail in his relection bid. Pls, you are a member of PDP, leave APC alone and mind your business!
