To be honest the o.ly item I found wanting o's numbers 7,8 and 9 . They are right with the rest . From what you described . That break n swerve is a control arm issue . I ja e expirienced this 4. .However if you can fix the bushing happy days . .wheel nearing change and O2 changes are good.ur car is 2007 . That's 11 years old . The O2 and bearing are due changes . .you need to do more fault finding on ur Airbag fault.
okay, thanks

They were supposed to charge you for a comprehensive scan and give you the results suggestions solutions. This should include the SRS specific fault but replacing sensor? Which sensor for that matter?

A/C vibration in 90% cases is bad engine mount related. Other case will be using a wrong A/C compressor or a weak/faulty engine.

Lastly, the brake swerving is usually a failed/blocked brake line. In most cases, its either from the master brake cylinder or from ABS pump if you have. Most master cylinders have 2 lines and when one is bad, it results to swerving. What that means literally is that one front tire brakes and the other doesnot or the braking force is not equal on both wheels. If the car swerves to the right then the left is not braking well and vise versa. This could also be the case with the rear wheels if the issue is from the master brake but the issue will be opposite to the front.

To check, drive and brake for some minutes. Both brake discs should be hot but if one is not, it confirms that a brake line is not working. Another check is to pour water on both disc in the night if you have iron discs. By morning you will see rust kn both, drive and brake once, the if rust remains on any disc, you know the diagnosis.

It just feels like you have to flee from that shop.
Thank you

Car TalkI Took My Car For Computer Diagnosis And See What They Report: Advise Please by nickxtra(op): 1:36pm On Sep 20, 2018
I took my car for a computer diagnostic because I was worried about the check engine symbol that was on the dash board, secondly the Airbag was showing a fault since the light was on. Thirdly my car vibrates when I turn on it on, although not very pronounced. And the fourth reason was that when I am on a high speed and I apply breaks to stop, the car swerves or tries slipping to my right hand side unless I hold tight to the sterling. Apart from all these and perhaps the noise from the lower arms or stabilizing linkages when I drive on uneven surfaces, my car drives smoothly.

The Company, i was told is very good. Then I took Toyota Corrola 2007 there; they drove my car into workshop and after about 45 minutes, they brought an estimate and behold! what they quoted for me i still cannot understand.

I thought they will bring out errors codes or explain faults to me, but they just gave me this list of what I need to fix in the car. Am confused firstly because of the kind of report which is simply an estimate of parts to change, instead of showing me errors that need to be fixed.

Gurus in the house, am planning to go for another or better check to ascertain the actual errors or problems with the car.

Please help me relate the aforementioned problems viz a viz the estimate given to me by the company and advise approximately. Thanks

Jobs/VacanciesBRISIN: FG Begins Recruitment Of 5,000 Nigerians (Details) by nickxtra(op): 12:31pm On Sep 16, 2018
The Federal Government has disclosed plans to recruit 5,000 unemployed Nigerians in the Federal Capital Territory under the Basic Registry and Information System in Nigeria (BRISIN) scheme.

Dr Anthony Uwa, the Head of BRISIN implementation in Nigeria, told Newsmen on Sunday in Abuja that more Nigerians would be recruited after the pilot phase.

The BRISIN is an integrated system for the collection, storage and distribution of information to support the management of the economy.

Uwa said the system aimed at bringing developmental and economic growth in the country through the use of data collection of people and other relevant information.

“The data received will be used to plan for the management of the nation’s resources,’’ he said.

NAN reports that the project was initiated by the President Olusegun Obasanjo administration, while the Goodluck Jonathan’s administration inaugurated a Technical Committee for its implementation.

According to Uwa, since BRISIN covers all aspect of the economy, the recruitment is not restricted to a particular field or discipline.

He however, said the implementation would commence with the social welfare, an aspect of the project, with special attention to disability data bank.

“We are giving attention to social welfare and building the disability data bank to attain the actual number of disabled people in the FCT.

“We are recruiting 5,000 people out of which 200 will be sent to Italy for training on various aspect of the project and they will be the trainees’ trainers.

“They will be trained mainly on the use of data on every aspect of economic management with attention to health, education, economic monitoring, fiscal and revenue control, migration and human trafficking.

“BRISIN recruitment cuts across all cadres, from school certificate to PHD holders so the recruitment is not restricted.

“The recruitment will be published on e-transact by next week, the portal will be opened for about six weeks and the public will be sensitised on how to access and fill the form through the portal.

“Also, the 5000 people we are recruiting does not mark the end of BRISIN recruitment but just a pilot phase, as we start from FCT we will train those to work in other states,’’ Uwa said.

On the funding, he said a budget had already been allocated to the project but being as it was small, a BRISIN international Foundation was established to help source fund to supplement government effort.

“The budget is small so we have to look for donors from well-meaning Nigerians, corporate organisations and international donors so we do not depend on government funds alone.

“With this foundation, we want to see those claiming to love Nigeria come and donate generously to the implementation.

“When this is fully implemented, it will reduce the risk of Nigerians that engage on illegal migration, so this foundation is as important as BRISIN itself.

He urged Nigerians not to consider the move as a political affair being that it was an election year, but see it as a dream come true for Nigeria to attain the height it ought to have regarding job availability.

According to him, considering the economic monitoring, a lot of people will be involved, so it will create jobs and also a multiplying effect of job creation in the nation.

As some residents of Abuja complained and said they felt the tremor, the federal emergency agency has advised residents to HIDE UNDER TABLE.

"The agency has urged residents to stay calm and hide under tables if inside the house or stay away from buildings if outdoor. Tremors are very rare in Nigeria. In 1984, a huge tremor was felt in the country, with many towns from Lagos, Ijebu-Ode, Ibadan reporting the experience. Kaduna also recently reported earth tremor. Seismologists said a small fault line from the Atlantic inwards exists, making Nigeria prone to tremors, but not earthquake.

Pleas, advise. My brother wishes to apply for his Post graduate studies at Masters level. He is however confused about the course to chose betweeen (1.) M.A Diplomatic Studies; and (2.) Masters in International Relations and Diplomacy. He studied Philosophy at Bachelors level with Second Class Upper Division. He wishes to go for either of the two courses above and upon obtaining Masters, he would do a PGDE program to enable him take up a job as lecturer or pursue a career as a Diplomat.

The day you become a Nigerian policeman's friend is the day your death-day starts approaching by hundreds of kilometers per hour.

If he doesn't set you up for a criminal offence, the armed bandits in your locality will surely gun you down for being an informant to the police.

Wisdom, they say, is profitable to direct - because wisdom considers the best and the safest way in every decision.
