The big deal in Buhari's case is that he keeps crying that he is poor and cannot even afford a three square meal but his children live and school in europe. How many Phd holders in Nigeria met these requirement Its very difficult to do Phd in this country and meet the ultimate requirement. They use the long time spent to compensate for the rubbish they do and call research. No body can go beyond his/her environment. The Nigeria environment cannot be used to carry out meaningful research that should lead to the award of a Phd!!!!
