Lol, it depends.

France is not a congested country and Nantes is not a very busy and buzzling city.

If it's very hot, the french people will all be outside and you can see everywhere busy.

Now, it's vacation period and alot of people have travelled with their family.
Ooh okay

My residence is filled with students. Truth is, it's always very neat and very quiet.

I don't know why I took this picture, but I am sure, the reason is that I want to compare the student waste disposal to the one in Nigeria.

It's always very neat and does not smell. Compared to UNN that if you are 100 meters away from it, you will already be perceiving the bad smell.

I dnt buy people digging people past just to prove any point. if anyone must banter with people they should do it educationally for people to learn one or two things.

I repeat this not a thread to banter but to educate people not just Nigerians.

Not that cheap, Taraba is better. Gidin dorowa ( every Wednesday), mutubi ( every Thursday) but mutubi is the best market and also cheaper. Tella market is good also. Rice is cheaper in Taraba, but their rice is not as quality as Benue. If you want quality rice with good seed, I will advise you check adikpo rice mill, Zaki biam, Gboko rice mill. Gboko rice mill have various rice milling machines, such as polisher, sorter and industrial destoning machine. Or you can also check Lafia rice mill, Asakio and ashangwa all in nasawara state
Thanks brother

Please I need useful advice/guidance from people in the business, I am a prospective Corp member, awaiting my call up and camping come 28th of August. I have received alarming information from my colleagues already serving that the NYSC is a scam scheme, so I want to use this one year and try new business adventure as an Aba boy. I want to know the cheapest places to get food stuffs in the north and the easiest/cheapest possible means of transporting this goods to Aba because their is always a large market in Aba for this goods. I can redeploy to any of this states even if am not posted there as I have nasarawa and Kaduna as my preferred choices already during registration. I have never been to the north before and have no knowledge of the best places to get this commodities except from the obvious general believe that food stuffs are very cheap in the north especially, Kaduna, nasarawa and jos. Please friends, which of the State have cheaper supply of garri, Beans, tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, etc. I will appreciate any information on this as I believe it will equip me financially within the service year and post nysc, which will enable me pursue my dreams as a professional mechanical engineer/business engineer afterwards. Thank you.
Bro, did you later get what you were looking for? It's been a long time though, just seeing this thread

I have followed this online farmers and agro produce sales representative, and how they tend to steal money from people. With little or no knowledge on how agro business works. For the sake of some frustrated youths out there. I want to educate you a little the business opportunities in agro procurement. With #250,000 one can make it big in agro business.
How
Let me use fresh groundnut business, as a case study, though is among the least business in agro produce industry.
A bag of fresh groundnut at ihugh market vandeikya on 9/06/2021 is
A bag of ground nut =14,500
Money for empty sack = 250
Bag cover= 50
Shaking + sewing = 250
Loading to Kano = 200
Transportation to Kano = 2,500
Dilari Commission in kano = 400
Grand total. = 18,150
A bag of ground nut today at daruwa market is #21,000
There are far more profit ones, all you need is the right person to direct you. Forget online farmers bring out your time go into market and pray that God direct you to meet the right people to put you through.
Also I have been sending ground nut, soyabeans and rice to Kano for past four years, I have never meet the Dilari that sells all this goods for me one on one. But he have never withheld my money nor cheat me.
So I will advice youths to stop listening to online farmers, go into the market and find out yourself
Bro, good afternoon. Plz is foodstuffs like beans and rice also cheap in benue?

One of the good things about trading stock is that you do not look for any buyer, you can sell anytime without any hindrance. The market is there anytime you want to sell. However, you should buy only liquid stock. Any stock trading below 100,000 units per day should be avoided and equally avoid stocks below $1.00 till you have some experience
Thanks for the insight bro

Just click on the SELL BUTTON and select the number of shares you want to sell then you're good to go

You can now withdraw the sales proceed into your bank or use it to reinvest in another stock of your choice
Ok thanks

When you sell or buy a unit or units of share(s) you are actually buying from or selling to someone else just like you. What the broker does is to find someone else ready to buy your shares for the price you are offering it. If your share is liquid enough ( that is has lots of people trading it) you will easily find buyer / seller for it. If on the other hand it is a small share with not many trading in it.. then it might take some time to execute a sale.. a sale is when you can match a willing seller to a willing buyer. The broker does the connection ( hence the name )
Thanks bro
