Yes it is - you should have only ONE username, unless the previous one is banned that is.

Verification would be difficult. There are so many threads posted daily that it is tough enough trying to keep track of what thread was created, which one is a duplicate and which is inappropriate.

Asking people to follow forum rules and warning/banning erring members is the best we can do for now.

I feel like sometimes Seun comes out of the blue and bans people. No mod necessarily has to report you for you to be banned.

Not really; the rules are there for everyone to see. We just have to hope we have more reasonable people than unreasonable ones. As for the ones who decide to be troublesome, they'll be banned in due course.

Ye, I know that verification can be difficult. Is there not a technical process that allows the thread to wait for verification by the administrator(may take up to 3 days if need be ) before being processed?  

Will clean up this board a bit.

The search engine works, but only the 'quick search with google' aspect. That question is best answered by Seun.
