Okay, I believe you are now mixing me up with someone else. Yes, I argued "for" the other side occasionally but this does not categorically make me anti-Emenalo. In fact, I like to believe (even though I don't actively participate in those debates anymore), that before you, I was the only Pro-Emenalo Chelsea fan on here.

Those who know the history, know I have participated in very heated debates that almost led to wars on the subject of Emenalo. So yes, I do believe you are mixing me up with someone else.

WRT to the Baba argument, though most times entangled with the Emenalo mantra, I have managed to speak about the subject so far without involving Emenalo. I will be interested in seeing any posts of mine that contradict this point of view.


I am not opposed to the idea of a loan move. Never been. It must just make sense. Regarding Baba, Griffon just posted the perfect response.

Are we being linked with him? Bony is actually good. I have watched him play in the stadium a few times back in 2012 when he played for Vitesse Arnhem. If I remember correctly, he was even the top scorer for the Eredivisie back then.

However, he has not been able to replicate that form either with Swansea or ManShitty. Same as Merefish banging in goals for PSV, only to get to Manure, and totally lose form. That said, Bony is NOT the top striker that we really do need. Does he have goals in him, yes. But I would rather go for Icardi than Bony.

With Remy not sold yet and Costa battling with Batshuayi for the striking options, Traore will get little time. The loan is good. I would've preferred it to be to an EPL side, though. But if we loan him out and buy another striker then, yeah... Fucck Emenalo.

Mike Dean dealing with the new laws
Regular visitors to this site will be aware of our love/hate relationship with Dean. He is the sort of man who would see nothing wrong with proposing to his girlfriend at somebody else’s wedding ceremony. He’s going to book everyone and then do that look as if to say “What choice do you leave me, referee Mike Dean, with? Referee Mike Dean is a reasonable man, guys. But you pushed referee Mike Dean’s buttons.” We can’t wait.

Your points are valid. But you might have to look at the Pogba deal from a commercial angle. He is a big draw for Adidas, the kit maker for United and his commercial appeal will increase further with his return to United.

I am fine with City paying 47.5 M quids to Everton and Westham paying 20M for Ayew that was acquired on a free transfer from Marsielle. This is because those fees were paid to a fellow EPL team.

What do you have to say about United paying about 26M pounds for Mkhitaryan who was the best player in the Bundesliga last season (even though he was in the last year of his contract)? No one is praising Mou and Woodward for the deal in a transfer window that a 1 season player such as Leroy Sane was acquired for 37M quids.

Madrid dint get to where they are now by spending conservatively and buying mediocre players. They kept on buying world class players for record fees and now they ve won two UCLs in three yrs.
