Sorry about ur issues sir toluax1, truth is sorting items when they come in aint so easy. If u get to handle such u will know the stress involved in picking up, arranging and sorting parcel for clients. Just try and be patience believe me I ve no links with cvm, I just know the dealings in importation n the stress with airports.
I once had two packages coming in, I got one while I was staring at the other in the face(didn't know it was mine sef) but the agent said he couldn't find my second package that I should check back later. They just wanna be careful I guess. Take care

Hmmmm I am so loving what I am reading here, ides, innovative ways of doing business in Nigeria. Lovely ideas here am sure someone going thru this thread would have started selling this idea off to other Nigerian.
Sir Spyder I really appreciate the fact that you re taking your time to look thru every possible loopholes in such a wonderful idea,
Sir Fhemmy, Sir Sagewood, Sir Floridacar, Sir Prince_onyx, Sir Brabus I love your comments and mostly the inputs coming thru intelligent thots.

I quite say Sir Floridacar's idea is a seller but it really needs to be fine tuned and one major factor is the owner paying up as agreed to get such back in a regular day Nigeria, the owner must sign a written agreement back by the lawyers or court or if one has some advantage over such a client to redeem cash invested in building his house. Its a great idea with a lovely client.

I would say Sir Spyder's idea has more stability to it, since the company owns the land and the investment funds are from the company cancelling the factor of unpaid balance from a client in Sir Floridacar's option.

I suggest the above Sirs mentioned to be in the board to discuss this issue, the term of agreement should be well discussed and also the share value of the company, Also in term of the action of unforeseen circumstances how safe will the investors funds be.

The question I asked: I wanted to know the average estimated cost of building two options

1. A Four Bedroom all En-suite Bungalow on a 60 by 60 land

2. A Detached Four Bedroom all en-suite duplex on a 60 by 60 land.

The land is a very flat land, dry red soil land. The building plan hasn't been sorted for yet. I want to know the possible cost implication in other to decide which is a better option.

I earn a meagre salary and I want to do my building rite and also complete in a very reasonable time. Thank you much my Oga(hope that's better).

Please sir, I wanna ask what would it cost on average to build a four-bedroom all room en-suite and a four bedroom all en-suite duplex on a 60M by 60M land sir. Thank you
