If you asked me this question some years back, I would say she will never come back to you cos of the trust issue.

But now, I know better.

My personal experience tells me that if she really likes you, she will come back when she senses some seriousness in you.


For your information, this things happen to everybody. The only difference is some get out of the scene before breaking off their r/ship while some get out of the same scene after the damage is done. Even married people go through this.

As I said, I appreciate people who know how to manage good customer relationship. I don't even know who knzguru is. Did't you read the part where Omofola wrote "kznguru or whatever it is"? I feel that addressing someone that way sounds not-nice. I think you should read her post again. I would pick a good person with a bad product over a bad person with a good product. To me, Omofola's last posting wasn't warranted after seeing that kznguru is willing to take suggestions obviuosly.

For the record, I don't get interested in people that way.

Its seems to me you are the one trying to force yourself to be heard here. I have followed all his posts and his reaction to comments has been better than a regular customer service. All he does is try to explain why whatever you complained about is so and even tells you he will work at your suggestions. For God's sake, he didn't even react harshly to his competitors and people praising other bakers on his post. All I see from his last post is that he welcomes more suggestions or did you miss that part? Are you always like this? or do you know him personally. He is just trying to promote his product just like any other company. Never read him say you must love his cakes and patronize him.

Never eaten your cake before but promise to do so soon. I believe a lot in handling customers well and I like the way you have handled all comments on your post. Was expecting you will be harsh on posters by now. Please keep it up. I hope your staff members are as polite as you are. Customers can go out of their pay to annoy you but the way they are being handled is what makes the difference.

I feel you. Wish i can help. I think you should apply to banks and then try to do some professional courses, maybe in IT. I know money could be a limitation but you have to keep improving urself. Finished from UI too.
