Well the weirdest rule I have ever seen/heard a landlord give to his tenants is that no one is expected to cook food in the kitchen once its past nine o'clock(exempted only when there's an event coming up)

2-no one is expected to own a generator in the compound(like wtf!! )

3-each room in the compound will be checked at the end of the week to know which one is clean and tidy.
