Then the alternative is to resign and setup his own clinic.....there are many doctors or health "practitioners" (that's what they call themselves when they are not actually doctors ) waiting to take the BS he is complaining about...but i don't think a director will just start insulting you for nothing but when a student doctor comes late to work, or flip through tiktok at work, or sit around gisting amd chatting away or can't differentiate between a 5mm and 10mm cyringe or make proper diagnosis they need to be insulted with every insult imaginable because lives depends on what they do....the job is not for titles is to save life.

Every mistake can cost someone their life so they need such a director there and may God keep the hated director safe there.

It's like you don't know the attitude of of power drunk bosses, they just want to oppress and suppress for no reason. And come to think of it, most of them are cowards oo, if someone is bold enough to face him one day with a little threat, he'll melt off or set you aside when his madness erupts

That's our HR in another location. Solution : Track him to any location outside the workplace, let him know that you too have powersssss outside. Report to office the following day as if nothing happened. If you can't do this alone, hire boys to do it but not to touch him. If the situation persists in the office, carry out ur threats.

The trinity guy was arrested and detained sometimes ago but we forget easily in this part of the world. By the time one of them is sentenced to a long term prison time and more are totally banned, others will adjust.

So get ur own cooking materials for the start and let her see that you are doing ur own cooking then you can politely tell her that she may not need to bring food for you again.
