U can never hv too much protein in ur system,I think.
Go check ur system or check up on foods that cause allergy and try to avoid them.

Under OBJ regime, he was among the 5 Professors that got N10m each as research grant. His outspoken and ready to listen.
He reviewed my coursemate, and a colleague's book on Health and wealth. I have a free copy of it courtesy of our friendship.
His a wealth of knowledge.

God had made knows what he wants us to know, it is left for you and i to believe or disbelieve.

One thing i am fully aware is that, i am alive now, i did not creat myself, i can't prevent myself from death when it is time, i can't tell what we happen after death, but believe there is God.
