Chicken curry sauce is one of those rich and delicious sauces made with chicken, corn flour, chicken broth and mixed veggies, it is super tasty and it goes well with anything staple (rice Potatoes, spaghetti, macaroni).

This chicken sauce is best prepared with boneless chicken; however, you can boil your whole chicken and then take out the bones if you can’t fine chicken breast near you.

Chicken curry sauce will never disappoint you no matter how you prepare it. The steps below show you how to prepare chicken curry sauce with mixed vegetables watch the video for detailed explanation also share with your loved ones.

Ingredients for chicken curry sauce

• 1 kg chicken breast
• 1 cup carrots, chopped
• ½ cup peas
• 1 cup green beans
• 2 medium onions
• 2 medium tomatoes
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tables spoon thyme
• 1 ½ tables spoon curry powder
• 3 scotch bonnets peppers
• 3 stock chicken tock cubes
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• 2 green bell peppers
• 2 red bell peppers
• Salt to taste


Steps on how to prepare curry chicken sauce for rice


1. Rinse carrots, green beans, bell peppers and onions, slice/chop them into nice shapes and set aside.
2. Rinse chicken into a wide pot, season it with curry, thyme, ½ parts of onion, pepper, garlic and salt.
3. Add water to slightly cover the chicken and place on high heat to cook until tender
4. While the chicken is cooking, dissolve the corn flour with a little water (you want it runny like custard) and set aside.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, separate it from the broth and cut into smaller pieces, (you can try pulling the flesh from the bones if you
don’t like it with bones).
6. Place a pan on heat, add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil to it and add onions, garlic and sauté for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
7. Add the chopped tomatoes and sir-fry for 2minutes until soft, add the chopped carrots, green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Add the bell peppers, green peas and stir-fry until the vegetables are all soft. Season the veggies with 1 stock cube, salt, thyme and 1
teaspoon of curry powder and stir the content properly to combine.
9. Leave the content to cook for few minutes on medium heat, bring the chicken stock into it, you can increase it with water if your stock is
small and bring to a boil.
10. Return the cooked chicken to the sauce and add the dissolved corn flour to the content and stir well, the sauce will begin to thicken as it
boils. Lower the heat and leave it to simmer slowly while you serve.
11. Chicken curry sauce goes well with white rice you can serve it as you like. Bon Appétit

How to cook egusi soup(melon soup)

Egusi soup is one of the easiest and simple soup you can make within 45 minutes or more.
Egusi soup is also known as melon soup as melon seeds are used to make the egusi soup.
Now there is something unique about egusi soup, I bet most of you do feel the same way about it.
I tend to eat more fufu when I am eating it with egusi soup than other soup.I don't know if you guys experience this as well.
Now there are different methods which people use to cook egusi soup but this is my own preference on how to cook egusi soup so make sure you learn from this if don't know how to cook it.


Ingredients.

4 cups of egusi seed

3 cooking spoon of red palm oil

Stock fish or cow meat

Two tablespoon of crayfish

Ugu leaves (N100 ugu leave will do)

Salt and pepper and

3 stock cube.

Things you should get ready before you start cooking the egusi soup.


Grind the melon seeds and keep aside.

If you would use stock fish then you will have to wash it properly with hot water and leave it in the hot water to get soft to be able to be broken with hands.But if you are using cow meat then you will have wash the meat properly and if not cut in to pieces, then cut it yourself into small pieces and then cook it first by putting it in a pot, add water to it and also add a little salt and pepper.
Let it cook for about 20 to 30 minutes then turn off the cooker (gas or stove).

Next is to cut the ugu leaves into smaller pieces.

Now you are all set to start cooking the egusi soup.

How to cook the egusi soup

Now put the meat in a different pot or plate and then the water from the meat should be put back on the cooker, then add the grounded egusi to the pot and stir and allow it to cook for about 15 minutes.
Keep checking on it while it's cooking, if the water from the meat isn't enough then add a little water till the texture is ok.

After about 15 minutes, you will now add the red palm oil to the cooking pot, atleast 3-4cooking spoon of the red palm oil will be ok and if not ok yet add a little more and stir.

After about 5 minutes of adding the
Red palm oil, add the cooked meat and the ugu leaves which you've cut into pieces to the pot and stir.

Then lastly, 2 minutes after adding the ugu leaves,add your stock cubes, pepper and little salt to the cooking pot and let it cook for about 10 minutes then turn off the cooker.
And that is for how to cook egusi soup.Hope you enjoyed and learnt how to make egusi soup.

Home exercise you should do to burn fat rapidly


Exericse is essential in our everyday live.Exercise is a great way of reducing our bodyfat.
When we wake in the morning, we need to exercise to get the body active for the day.
Exercise helps to burn fat in the body which helps to keep the body healthy.
Exercise also helps to keep the body weight in check, if you don’t want to add to much weight or you are looking for a means to reduce weight then exercise is a good way forward.
In my own terms, I will say exercise is a good medicine for the heart as it gets it to beat fast which puts it in a good working condition.

Now there are home exercise you can do in just 20-30 minutes to get your body pretty active for the day.

Home exercise you can do to burn fats are;

Push up

Skipping ropes

Jumping jacks

Bodyweight squat

Leg raise

Sit up

Planks

Now I will explain in details on how this exercise should be perfomed.

Push ups-

Push ups is also known as press up. it is a good exercise which guys use to build their chest.Ladies also do push ups but I don’t think it has much impact on them but it is a good way to keep fit, being able to push your own body to some certain level.
While doing this you will for sure notice that you are already sweating.Now if you don’t know, those sweat are fats which you are burning while doing push up.
So I say when you wake in the morning, do 5 set of push ups for the guys and 2 for the ladies.

Skipping ropes-

This exercise is something else.The rate at which it gets you sweating and your heart beat racing is on another level.
Now you might think skipping ropes are meant for kids only or the guys could also say this is meant for the ladies but from my own point of view it’s not.
This is an easy home exercise which you can do to burn fats.
All you need in this exercise is a skipping rope or any long rope.
To get the exercise pretty intense, then you have to doing more reps with the skip.Probably around 50-100 reps.

Jumping jacks-

This is an exercise which almost everyone did during their childhood
but you probably don’t know it’s called jumping jacks.
Now jumping jacks is an easy exercise to perform.You just need to jump up spreading your legs and then bring them back in to it’s normal position. So the jumping jacks is a continuous move.You can count while you jump but I continue the move till am exhausted so you should give it a try.

Bodyweight squat-

In this exercise you will not be sqauting with anything other than your body.
Squats helps to builds your legs and focuses more on your laps which in bodybuilding terms is it called QUADS.
Now any type of sqaut exercise you do definitely will heat up your nervous system,making you to sweat more which is you burning fat.
So bodyweight squat is a good exercise to burn fat.

Leg raises-

Leg raise is a good exercise to burn fat and to target the abdominal muscles directly.
Now this is how you perform leg raise.
Lie down on your workout mat or on the floor, raise your two legs up to the celling till your butt is off the floor. Drop down your legs slowly above the floor then back it up again.
Note- Your legs shouldn’t touch the floor till you're done with this exercise.

Sit up-

The sit up exercise is also an abdominal workout.
So this is how you perform the exercise.
Just lie on your workout mat,keep your knee bent and feet on the floor, then place your hands at the back of your head and make sure they are not locked so as not to strain your neck by putting more pressure on the neck and less tension on the abs.Now your hands are placed at the back of your head,move forward with your upper body squeeze and contract your abs.You can go like 15-20 reps.This abs exercise works both upper and lower abs.

Plank-

Here your fore arm and your toe will be at work putting tension on the abs. So place your fore arms on the same width with your shoulder then your feet a bit apart and not joined together.Withstand atleast a minute or 2 or more to keep fat burn

[HOW TO GROW YOUR BEARDS FAST

Growing beards could be a little tactical a times expect you are genetical gifted but if you are not, this article right here contains a detailed steps on how to grow your beards fast.
Now am going to go straight to the point to give you the steps.

**first step**
Exfoliate your skin-


Your skin needs to stimulate new hair growth for you to grow beards.
You need to exfoliate your skin to remove dead cells.

How to use the exfoliant.

Eat more vegetables and fruits-

**Sixth step**
Don’t cut the beards-


When you’re trying to grow your beards,you are not spose to cut it often.

Basically to gain more muscles mass I made sure I ate X2 protein of my body mass, so I weighed 87kg then so I ate 174grams of protein per day. This distributed in like 5-7 meals per day. I eat late again at night shortly before sleeping too to enable the building up overnight, even when I wake at midnight to pee I find wheat bread or chicken to chew. I Stopped eating white bread, just brown bread and oats. Rice, veges, spag, beans also helps.

Taking 174g/P through food alone seems hard, you lose appetite sometimes but you just need to force yourself. Working all-round the gym wouldn't help if nutrition is lagging.

I generally made this article for those who love to learn how to make soya milk,those who will see this article and decide to give making soya milk a try and those who wants to read and enjoy the article and then keep the info learnt for future use, we all in this together.
As you keep reading which ever side you are on, you will definitely learn how to make soya milk.

Soya milk is a refreshing drink which is pretty high in protein. It is an alternate to cow milk which we mostly drink.
Soya milk is made from soya beans which you can find in most Nigerian markets.
Soya milk is not that cost effective,which means that you won’t find it difficult when buying it if you want to drink it daily.
You can have soya milk with a snack and it keeps you full.You can also have it after a meal which is a great start to keep your protein intake high.
Now lets get down to “how to make soya milk”.

Ingredients for making soya milk.

1-3 cups of soya beans(Depending on the quantity you want to make).

3 cooking spoon of sugar (or you can add and taste till you get the taste of your choice.

4 litres of water and

1 cap of vanilla flavour.


Tools needed for making soya milk


The blender

A cooking spoon

A pot and bowl and

Sieve.

Preparing the soya milk

Soak the amout of soya beans you want to make in water and leave overnight. Don’t let it stay too long in the water so it doesn’t ferment and smell.
8-10 hours of soaking it will be ok for it.
This is to make it soft and easy when grinding.

The next day, you will notice that the beans is all swollen up and soft,then you will need to rub the soya beans a little so as to remove the chaff (back coat).
When you rub the soya beans,add water and sieve out continously till the chaff is all out and then keep the bean aside

Get the blender ready,put the soya beans into the blender,pour water into the blender which should cover the soya beans and then blend.

After blending,strain the blend with a sieve into the pot and assit it a bit using the cooking spoon by making some moves on it with your hands so as to make sure all the juice drop into the pot.

Now the soya milk is half ready,
So still put the pot containing the soya milk on a medium heat and and stir.

Now after like 15minutes of the heat, add the vanilla flavour to the pot containing the soya milk and stir it more for 5 minutes.
By this time your soya milk should be good to go, off the heat and allow the soya milk to cool.

Then for the final time sieve the soya milk again to remove any remaining chaff or particle so as to give you that smooth taste.

Now the final part you have been waiting for.
Use a cup and scoop the soya milk and pour into small cans or bottle and then keep it in fridge to be chilled,as soya milk is mostly enjoyed when chiiled.
If you intend for the soya milk to stay a long period of time, assuming you made it in big quantity, then you will have to store it in a freezer.

This is a good reminder to do what we know. A friend of mine whose father lived to about 100yrs always says vegetables helped the man as he never ate any food without vegetables.
For those saying veggies are expensive, go for seasonal ones which tend to be cheaper.
