The two persons above me have given you substantial insight to aid your decision...I would like to come in the area of pay since you mentioned it in your post...UBA mostly recruit for ND/HND holders and the pay isn't up what First Bank is offering, neither is there any additional benefit or allowance etc. Yes, you may be recruited as a staff though, but i assure you, your take home is less than or equal to 60k

One way could be making a voice or video recording of yourself and put it online as well as sending it to radio stations. Or you could start a podcast series where you talk about whatever you fancy though podcasting hasn't gotten a hold on these shores.
