Job Description:

1. Familiar with various market channels in Nigeria, especially online digital market
2. Have a good relationship with the Nigerian media or have a very deep understanding of them
3. Have done market work in at least a few large projects locally in Nigeria
4. Good at data collation and analysis
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. Excellent creative output ability
7. Very sensitive to new things and hot events
8. It is best to be a heavy social media user
9. Skilled operation of office and other tools
10. A great interest in technology products is a plus
11. Have a certain pressure resistance

Other Requirements
HND/Bachelor's Degree in Public relations/communications or any related field
Minimum of 3 year sales experience
Must be target driven
Relevant training or Certifications in a related field is an added advantage
Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
Must have strong decision-making skills
Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and manipulative abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
Computer skills (word, excel, and PowerPoint), etc.
Strong skills in digital marketing
Renumeration is 350K with other incentives depending on the work ability.

ROLE: TRANSMISSION ENGINEER

Job location: Nigeria

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of transmission network.
2. Communicates with customers about transmission network requirements, formulates network optimization, cutover, and rectification solutions, and delivery and implementation solution.
3. Training channel partners about transmission network and products and improve their technical capabilities.

Skill requirements:
1. Have 3+ years’ work experiences on transmission area.
2. Have a proficient command of the installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of DWDM and MSTP products.
3. Be proficient in using U2000/NCE, routine maintenance and inspection.
4. Have a basic command of the features, service planning and configuration, and service cutover MOP of DWDM and MSTP products.
5. Have a basic command of the SD process and CS process for routine maintenance of transmission network and products.
6. Good communication skills, service awareness, teamwork spirit, and good execution ability.
7. Experience in project delivery and network maintenance of transmission network products, including WDM or SDH/MSTP products is priority
8. HCIE-Transmission or HCIP-Transmission certificates is priority

2) Support service business development and service operation solution, business case development, commercial negotiation and communication.
3) Dedication to service operation work, provide operation plan and implement routine operation flow.
4) Monitor and analyze service operation data, provide promotion suggestion, communicate with respective team or department to coordinate operation flow.
