BabaRamota1980:Oche is a Benue man from the north. Leave your village and learn few things about the world you no gree |
MAYOWAAK:MKO would have made Nigeria the envy of Africa and indeed the world. The man unfortunately offended the British when he said he would demand reparations for slavery and they never forgave him. The severe polarisation of this country and imminent division all stems from the annulment of the June 12 elections. IBB and co effectively killed Nigeria in 1993. There would have been no OPC no IPOB no militants. The man wasnt perfect but he was a true Nigerian. The man campaigned all over Nigeria and won all over Nigeria. The Abiola Hostel in my alma mater faraway in the east is testament to the man's orientation. I will never forget MKO Abiola and what might have been |
Joe Igbokwe is the king of idiots. The buffoon could not resist insulting his people even in a solemn topic like June 12. Disgusting self loathing animal |
Fashola is a Gba tu eyo! Learner!! Tinubu is not there to hold his hand so he is failing |
JazzMode:That bastard is highly connected, very jazzed up and very rich. Best thing is take him to his village where he has been displaying wealth for years and hang him in public, televise it for people to see before he bribes somebody with 20 million and escapes abroad. I say kill him fast NOTHING go happen |
wirinet:So which part of Igbo land is Mike Ozhekome from? Ozhekome is even saying that Igbos dont speak up enough. Did you even read the article at all ![]() |
Hang him. No need for trial |
princdebola201:Slave always calling his master to help fight Igbos. Shameless... |
The success of the sit-at-home order in the South East has really driven these people mad ![]() |
new2020:That one is most likely a 13 year old using his mummy's phone to type what he overheard somewhere |
Afonjas (not real yorubas like Fayose) love it when Igbos have problems with other tribes. So much hatred and bitterness towards us. Their behaviour towardd the IPOB agitation and their celebrations since northern miscreants told Igbos to leave the north don finally open their nyash ![]() See a parable I saw on somebody's facebook wall THE PARABLE OF NIGERIA Three friends, one an Igbo man, the other an Hausa man and the third a Yoruba man, were walking down a road. They were very hungry and they were looking for something to eat. Lo and behold, there is this coconut tree that had only one coconut tree on it. The Yoruba man said that someone should climb up the tree to pluck the coconut fruit. He said that someone should do it, and do it fast . He was just boasting about what a good climber he is. Instead of climbing the tree to get the fruit, he kept boasting and boasting. The Hausa man said that they should not try to climb the tree, and that they should just wait under the tree for the coconut to fall, and that the coconut will fall whenever Allah wants it to fall, and that whatever that happens, happens when Allah wants it to happen. As he was talking, the Igbo man quickly climbed up the tree and plucked the coconut fruit. As soon as the fruit fell on the floor , the Hausa man held the fruit in his armpit and said 'I said it, I said it, the coconut fruit will fall down when Allah wants it to fall down'. The Igbo man held the Hausa man and was dragging the babariga of the Hausa man to make him release the coconut head, but the Hausa man slapped the Igbo man and the two of them started fighting. As the Hausa man and the Igbo man were fighting, the Yoruba man carefully broke open the coconut, and started eating it. By the time the Hausa man and the Igbo man have stopped fighting, the coconut was gone, completely eaten by the Yoruba man. |
Now this is getting interesting. SOKAPU no be small group o. |
![]() My belle o. These twits no go kill person with.laugh. Nigeria |
What has changed is that there at least 350,000,000 illegal firearms in Nigeria. Let that number sink in Three Hundred and Fifty Million pump action rifles, pistols, ak-47s etc. War now would be a very different matter because EVERYBODY is armed to the teeth. Abi people think that its ghosts that are importing all the guns that customs manage to seize sometimes Anybody still drunk on 1967 would be in for a shock |
OP- Abuja na we capital city so far there is still a Nigeria. It is geographically north but politically central. Ka ji ko? |
jumper524:Which part of FCT? If you are gbagyi then I am a Lagosian from Ikoyi joker |
I read Omaka's paper. From what I see the worst "atrocities" committed by Biafran troops were forced relocation of communities that were sympathetic to the Federal forces advancing on those places. In that war ANYBODY deemed a saboteur was victimised. Little research will show that Igbos were the main victims of this. Any attempt to make it seem as if Igbos victimised minorities based on their tribe is a failed effort. However look at this picture to get an idea of what the Federal forces did to Calabar people and compare.

Desyner:IGR is a characteristic of a viable state no doubt. Lagos is viable enough to be a country because of inherited infrastructure... Its like singling out one child from 36 kids, pumping him with steroids and extra food and when he gets really big and strong you declare that he's special and should get more perks than the other kids because he's strongest. What everybody should be looking for now is fiscal federalism, Federal quota and all that is dead weight. |
slimfit1:The IGR revolution in Lagos is barely more than 10 or 12 years old. Before then the key infrastructure that makes Lagos tick like Third Mainland bridge etc were built with Oil money by the FG. The legacy of oil money is there for all to see |
Its after enjoying FG presence in Lagos and gaining from oil money infrastructure like Third Mainland Bridge and the Ports you now want to make noise about IGR. No be only IGR ![]() See small pikin sense |
See wahala o. Osinbajo has chosen people that he can work with and he is used to just like Buhari did. No controversy there |
SuperS1Panther:Who is talking about war? This one finish primary school so Your ignorant and bitter saliva spraying like a true snake is worthless here. Where are you from sef ![]() |
This incident in the National Assembly is just boosting IPOB's influence. If the video of the fierce resistance of the northern caucus to that bill is circulated it will radicalise Igbos sitting on the fence. Anything we see we take... |
OP - I like your faith and hopes but Nigeria isnt anywhere near greatness. A huge population with a failed educational system is recipe for major failure. Our economy is like it was in the 1970s, chronic nepotism and corruption in the public service and a business environment that sucks initiative like a vampire. Corporations like Walmart are worth more than whole countries bro, the days of the mighty state are going... China only began to be great in the 1980s despite its population, same for India. Rwanda, Tanzania, SA and few other countries in Africa stand a better chance because their systems work better |
Akinz0126:Nna you are not Afonja, you are a Yoruba. There is a big difference bro. Remain blessed |
kogistar:Commissioner Osunbande na mumu o. He should relay this flawed advice to his people. Afonja the 1st allied with fulani and lost illorin. Awolowo did the same hoping to be President but fulani outsmarted him and used MKO Abiola to rubbish him. MKO thought he was special but we know how fulani stifled June 12. Tinubu is Afonja for the 21st century and we can see how sterile and tamed the fulani has rendered him. At best he is a local champion. Osinbajo ronu o dont be the latest mugu |
EmeeNaka:Honestly I am surprised but if our people really want it the wisest thing to do is play our role help guide the process and building of the new country. Because as I don dey see am... |
New Guinea kwa?? Ndi Igbo unu na sa ka ![]() |
Nope, but he is a big spark |
Where is the OP of this silly topic make I yab am |
timota:The same northern elite who are begging Kano State governor for him now? Pls leave matter, why should Sanusi be lobbying for godfathers to save him if his hands are clean? |
Norhing can stop an idea that has taken root. The worst that can happen is that restructuring of Nigeria will happen, the best that can happen is a UN supervised referendum and election. We are getting there. Even likes of Atiku and co know it is time |
