I recently just installed my kitchen cabinets (base and wall cabinets, the base cabinets have marble top). I spent about #165k. Someone is posting something quite smaller than mine, apparently second hand for 180k.

Is it that prices of items and services are more expensive in Lagos high brow areas ni or what? I'm always confused when I see prices placed on second hand household items.
I'm currently working on a project and I have had to purchase almost all known household items brand new which means I'm very much aware of the current prices. Believe me when I tell you the prices these items are labelled with are ridiculous. Some are even more than prices of brand new ones. Some when you add cost of transportation, you'll be talking at least 20% more than the cost of new ones.
