I paid the furniture maker for the set of new chairs then as expected, he paid the upholsterer to come do his part. You get?
They are new.

This guy in this picture is an upholsterer. His work is to cover your furniture with foams and materials. What furniture makers do is to nail the woods together and make the particular shape and wood-work you want.
Most of them always pay upholsterers to complete the clothing part.
The few furniture makers who can do the upholstery most times only focus on cushion chairs and nothing else.
Though recently, some of these young guys are taking it upon themselves to learn both furniture making and upholstery, it's just not common yet because it's very stressful unless it's a big company that could afford both at a time.

Not a tailor, you need an upholsterer.
Don't even think of going to a furniture maker, they will only end up charging you extra for their own gain. It's the work of an upholsterer unless the furniture maker also doubles as upholsterer.

Sometimes all you need to do is wait calmly and watch sellers come to their senses.
I begged someone here to sell some blinds he priced at 13k for me at 12k each (4pcs) even though the colors weren't what I wanted and a centre rug he priced 15k for 13k.
Man swore he'll rather gift them out than remove a penny as discount.

Now he has reposted same blinds for 10k each, I hope he doesn't finally settle for 8k per one.
