Those Niger Delta elders seeing that the cost of things have risen, decided to tell their boys to go back into threatening of the FG so they can collect some cash.
The restructuring which they mentioned is just to make the money they will collect very big and for them to receive quick attention because Buhari can not restructure Nigeria. In fact, the Niger Delta elders know that the restructuring is impossible.
I pity the less privileged Niger Delta youths. Their blessings are just being scooped by some selfish men they call leaders. The poverty will always be inherent since they have failed to wake up.

You and I know that if you are looking for restructuring in Nigeria, you will demand for secession. And if you are looking for secession, you will demand for war. So, those men are looking for cash and that's why they are demanding for restructuring. They do not really want the restructuring because they want to continue to intimidate their less privileged community members.

You don't seem to get it.

It is only the few igbo elites that are enjoying one Nigeria and wouldn't want Nigeria divided because of what they are gaining. And because the masses are poor and most can't even afford data, you can't really hear from them. Go offline and you will hear them better.

The few igbo elites can not use the stolen money to develop the southeast, the reason they don't want Biafra because if Biafra comes today, those elites will be nobody and their laws will be well structured so as not to repeat the Nigerian mistake.

This applies to other regions like the south south, southwest and even our middle belt.
Because the money is not going round, the masses are poor while few are not just rich but extremely rich. Those rich guys influence some poor guys to oppose the breakup. Just as the southeast governors said they don't want Biafra. They are not saying the mind of the people. 98% Igbos want Biafra. Only those few Igbos benefiting from the one Nigeria will say they don't want Biafra. The same thing applies to the middle belt.
