I'm fed up, I'm having problem sleeping.
Right from my childhood days, sleeping in the aftnoon had always been impossible, not even a siesta.
At nights, its always after lying-in for about 1:15m to 1:30m before finally sleeping off and if i should get up to urinate before daybreak, my eyes will become clear; no sleep again no matter how hard i try.
Trams, Coddein, Valium5, Cenpain night, just mention it does not make me sleep, it only makes me high or intoxicate me.
Although i always feel sleepy whenever am depressed, bored, alone or in a cool breezy environment, the momment i lie down or get ready to sleep then the urge is gone.
what could be my problem.
what can i do to get over it.

why don't you try reading at night. or listening to soft Christian music. it helps to relax and her eyes. also watching a movie might help too.

Bible says......be slow to talk (or tweet) and quick to listen. To err is human, to realize and repent is divine and a sign of maturity. Just as this post I'm typing will forever remain on the Internet so tweets and useless comments will remain. One day our children will come across them.

I am a young man in my early twenties and work as a management staff of a company. I have a driver that is it old enough to be my father's senior and I accord him due respect. But the problem is that he is not just doing his job in a professional manner..

He comes late to work, because I can manage and jump molue, so no need of him picking me from home.

Always complaining that he is bigger than driving his son's mate. But the truth is that I don't make him feel bad because as a guy man, I even sit in front with him and do other things just to create an atmosphere of respect for him. and because of this, l am always late for some business appointments.

He is not just focused on the job. And it has gotten to management's notice. So I was asked to run an appraisal on him...

But the truth is that.... he always tell me sometimes of how hard things are for his family and how he uses this Job to keep body and soul together...

Am kind of confused now, should I patch up for him, or give a correct report about him!!

Have had this same dream three times now, in my dream everybody is running it seems the is a war... shooting everywhere and everybody is running to church... in this church compound bullet can't penetrate the fence but if you are at home and your door is locked the shooting will still affect you... when I ran to this church I saw Muslims in church too it was as if Nigeria was @ war...

Bro the war means trouble, calamity, tribulation. The bullets means the same thing too. The church means the gathering of true believers, the presence of God, serving or believing in God. Muslims in church means..even those who you didn't believe will embrace Jesus will. Are u a christain? first of all my dear .....you should realise that evetything (shyness, low self est , confidence, etc) all start in the MIND. what you think about yourself becomes what you believe you are and ultimately how you. behave.
you have to keep telling ur self ur beautiful (girls with low self esteem believe they are ugly or fat). love ur self. remind yourself of incidents and past encounters with people that made you feel good. make up your mind that you won't be held down by silly low self esteem thoughts. etc.

Look at what someone did to my aunty who was coming from Asaba to her village (Agbor, delta state) for a marriage ceremony. This tragic incident happened on Friday,25th match, 2016 at Agbor-nta in Ika-south L.G.A, Agbor, Delta state. According to eye witnesses, They said my aunty was on steering when the murderer stopped her and threatened her to come out of the car else he will slaughter her which my aunty obediently did, immediately she came out of the car the murderer began to cut her with a Matchet.
The drivers and okada's who saw the incident said everyone was afraid to drive to the spot so they stopped and watch the incident happening from a distance.
The murderer was later caught after he had finally brutalized her with a shape 2 matchet and kept her in the boot of her car and was about to drive off the car when some boys rush to the spot to confront him and they successful caught him and was mercilessly beaten before taken to the police custody.

The friend said he has been putting a particular person in his prayers & as a sinner, he pray God to answer his humble prayer as a sinner. I answered that "it is wrong to always start prayer by saying that we are all sinners, quoting Rms 3:23, or assuming that one is always a sinner. The identity of "sinners" is what Christ by his grace stripped off from us. That he called us from the state of sinfulness to righteousness. That assuming oneself as yet a sinner, means taking back the stripped garment and thereby rendering worthless the work of grace in us. At any particular point in time when one examines himself and sees that his heart is pure and he is is in union with Christ, the person is by spiritual standard righteous. However, his righteousness is not his own making or by his strength lest he boasts of it, rather, it's by God's grace, and so, one has to assume the position grace places him, instead of going back to the place grace pulled him from, but shall not brag about being righteous."
The truth is that I start all my prayers by acknowledging that I am a sinner likewise many others, and now I am a bit confused. What i told the guy was me talking to me & it happens to me all the time. I just want to know the veracity of this position. So please, I need you guys to throw more light on this and guide a brother.

truth is, in as much as we are saints because the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all our sins, and God sees us as he sees a Jesus because we wear the righteounsess of Jesus, coming to God and telling him you are a sinner isnt wrong , but not necessary to be said.

1.Its a tricky proposition because the truth is we all are sinners....1 John 1:8 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive our selves ... (THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED IN THE BLOOD). So God sees as as saints not sinners.

2. there is a big difference between a sinner that sins and a believer that sins. 1st john 5:18 We know that God's children do not make a practice of sinning............ The blood of Jesus christ cleanses us from all our sins

so always coming to God when we sin and calling our selves a sinner and trying to form humility to God so he can forgive us, we just end up lowering our self esteem before him. HOWEVER IF YOU READ PS 51, YOU'LL SEE THE THINGS DAVID SAID AFTER HE HAD SLEPT WITH ANOTHER MAN'S WIFE. yet then they old testament believers didnt have the blood of Jesus to speak for them continually. But we do. the bible says somewhere in 1st peter that...we are heirs of the father and joint heirs with the son. the bible also says he has called us out of darkness into light.

Something happened today in school, in my lecture room when my lecture was going on, i forgot to put m phone on silence instead i reduced the volume thinking i already put it on silence.

My ring tone is a banging one, erm this DBANJ new song "Emergency" chai it is a crazy something, whike the lecture was going on, that how my mummy called me, i know you people will be expecting it to be a girl lol, am single oooo and serching.

So that how my sweet mother called me and gosh am using a phantom 5, you know how crazy the speaker of that phone can be especially when a place is that quiet, nothing else was sounding except my lecturer and my phone.

As the call came in i heard "EMERGENCY EMERGENCY THEY NEVER SAW ME COING THROUGH" immediately i knew it was over cause the leacturer could trace wia the unique sound was coming from and he asked me to come out wit the phone.. and i told him i was sorry that it was my mum that called, then agreely he asked me to go back to my seat but i should see him in his office after the class.

then when i got to see him in is office, he was like dont let that rubbish that happened today happen again ooo, and i was like yes sir, then he funnyly(if dia is any english like that) asked me what the name of the phone, i told him it is a TECNO PHANTOM 5 sir and he said are you serious? i said yes sir, he said what are the specs and i showed him all the specs.

My lecturer was surprised, he was like a china phone with all this good qualities, he then asked me for the price and i told him 82,000 lol, immediately he transfered the sum of #82,000 to my account to get it for him berore coming to class the next day..

And hope you people not thinking that am a theif sha lol.. the phone is 62k in 3cHub at ikeja, so 82000 - 62000 = #20,000 messelinius lol...
I pray he never finds out, so i will not end up getting an extra year lol
