Hi guys. In one of my previous posts I think the last two....I mentioned about demons colliding with technology to produce a form of surveillance demon. I believe the beginning or testing ground has started. There is a new game that just got launched some days back called Pokemon go. It's very demonic. Within just days of being released it has caused accidents and serious issues. The description ant the games says.......

Any where you see the word Pokemon pls substitute it for a demon. Then you'll,get the picture. Something serious has been launched into this world. For those who don't understand.....what the games does is allow u choose ur personal avatar...(ur representative in the spirit world). Then start locating other pokemons you. A Pokemon might be around you but to see it you need to look through ur phone. Trust me guys....this is something satanicwlly huge. Pls guys read the post I'm talking about. I'll try to post it here if I can get it. It involves a serious revelation that God showed me about technology in the nearest future. I THINK WE ARE ALREADY IN THAT FUTURE. it's well. God bless us. Family was dysfunctional.

Mother, jealous of me and often did not want my progress. I caught my father looking at my bum a few times. I had a mental breakdown because of stresses in my life. Genral family problems e.g domestic violence. Family relationships deterioration to the point serious fights e.e.g. dad strangle me, police come etc.

They burnt all of my childhood photographs and I burnt most of their wedding pics only three remains. They threw me out but now my mum who has been battling with cancer is still unwell and misses me and wants me to come back and dad is 64 and I don't want him to bear the caring alone he also has arthritis and I have an autistic brother. I want to put the past behind and start a new life I am moving back home to take care of . my mother and be with my family I don't want Satan to break this family apart whether we like it or not we are family and it could be worse.
But I'm scared neighbours will judge me and I'm scared I'm making the wrong choice. I'm happy in my new rented room but II feel like I'm abandoning my mother. I'm her time of need. She originally told me to go but now wants me back I'm her only daughter and my brothers are not helpful.

Sweetheart that's a good and wonderful decision. All families had one issue or the other. None is perfect. Don't worry....you're going to be glad you made this decision. It STILL MAY not be all rosery but.... On the long run, you'll be glad. As you forgive them, the love of God is gonna shine and heal you all. My hugs to them all. Be strong. Ensure you always pray for your family. God is gonna repair all that went wrong ijn. Amen.

Hi Family, please I need your sincere advice. I created this account for privacy's sake (Mod please don't move this to homepage) . My marriage is just a year old, my husband is 31 while I'm 27. We have a 4year old son (we dated for 7years, had our son in the course of our relationship). Three years ago, he cheated on me with a younger lady. I stepped in and told the lady to leave my man for myself and our son, though he fought me over it but somehow with time, their relationship fizzled out and all was fine.

Earlier this year, my husband started acting suspicious, he became extra careful with his phone and all. I checked his phone, then I saw that the two of them have gotten back together. He claimed the girl asked him to forgive her and he did. Also got to know they have been sleeping with each other (we stay in different states for now as he is running a program). All these I got to know going through his phone. I told him I was done with him and can't take it anymore. He told me that he was sorry, and since he was able to let her go before now, that he will do it again.
Now the problem is this, we stay in two different states, and the lady stays just few kilometres away from my man. He promised to let her go, but I asked him how he intends to, he only replied me that he will. Also, I have the girl's contact, so i see the way they chat away into late in the night.

I intend giving him another chance BUT how do I handle this without overdoing things. As much as I try not to, I end up checking them up on whatsapp, and seeing both of them chat away gets me angrier. Please save a sister's marriage. I believe he is only sorry when he gets caught. After that he seem to throw caution to the wind again. He keeps asking me to trust him. Please how am I suppose to trust him again? And is there a way I can help him, because this seems to be a great weakness of his?

2. I suggest you also use patience and prayers for your husband. If possible talk to ur pastor about it. MAKE SURE YOU DONT TALK TO ANYONE ELSE (family members, friends ) etc. it is well. Many women have passed thru what you are going thru, some, even more. But with GOd they came out victoriously.
NB: DONT EVER NEVER EVER CONTACT OR COMMUNICATE WITH THE WOMAN.

Yes, male-female relationship is highly controlled in Kano. As a foreigner you are safer when you understand how the local rules work.

I remember back in BUK, some male students made it a point of duty to always monitor me and my female Hausa corper friend, cause of them I always kept my office door open as I had nothing to hide. However, back at my Lodge an old neighbour almost married off a teenage girl to me cause, he complains everytime am coming back "Aquai Mata". He was really worried that I had no woman. Contrast that.

Further - I remember several times my female colleagues would run back to the lodge because a group of kids were throwing stones at them. We sent our Hausa colleagues to find out why, and it was apparently due to their dressing

I enjoyed my stay in Kano, explored and made some of my best friends while there! I won't hesitate to visit again, but that is ultimately because I got to understand the societal fabrics and values of the people. The OP did not set out to paint an evil picture of Kano, but the kind of attack he is getting is forcing him into a defensive stance that is now sounding defiant and tending towards a hack job. Totally unnecessary.

If you are a Kano native, instead of these attacks, why not describe the relevant value system and help others to understand. Kano does not have to be like Lagos, or Abuja, it has its own distinct flavour. And we will all do well to preserve it as well as eliminate the misunderstandings by explaining it to visitors.

Kano is really a wonderful place. I got a different and unknown point of view from the Muslims and north in Nigeria. Most of my best friends till today are Muslims and from the north. Regardless of what people say, I'll forever have a high sense of respect for the north.

Good afternoon thanks alot my brother.You are very right because it has been happening for 4yrs now.Infact last year June I saw the spirit of witchcraft planting something in our living room but I couldnt stop her.Then I was heavily pregnant and i couldnt do serious vigil.
This june again she came but the scenerio is differnt cos she couldnt enter our flat and I stood up to confront her and she left in anger.
I have been doing midnite praise n prayer for some time now and I believe God stopped her that night.
The following night I saw a lady in my bed and I commanded her to leave in Jesus name.Infact I made sure she stepped out of our flat in d dream
I would not stop until my testimony is permanent.
God has sent good people to me to enlighten on how to fight without losing the battle again like the previous years.

Last night after my prayer around 1am I dreamt of my neighbors holding a vigil in their flat upstairs and my hubby was gisting with his friend who came to visit us.
Suddenly I heard d sound of broom in our compound actually very close to our flat,then O heard a woman making negative incantations as she was sweeping.I stood then I saw her in front of my window looking very angry and the banged my window.
I started rebuking her immediately and held my hubbys hands for prayers den she disappeared.
I woke up immediately in went into anoda round of praying scriptures n also praying the spirit.

hi dear. first of all i'm gonna tell u the truth. it aint easy initially to fight against anger, malice unforgiveness and hate, BUT T'S POSSIBLE.

1. you have to ask God to help u forgive the person.

2. there is a reason Christ said pray for ur enemies. YOU CANT BE PRAYING FOR SOMEONE AND STILL BE HATING OR BE ANGRY WITH THE PERSON AT THE AME TIME. the moment someone hurts me. i just start interceding for the person. try it. it works. pray for them. cover them with the blood. intercede for them. you'll see the hate and hurt melting like ice block in kano sun.

then for the ur second question.......
discerning the voice of the holy spirit takes patience, experience and the initial willingness to obey (right from the on set), and most especially constant reading of the word of God

PATIENCE; it takes time to differentiate the holy spirit's voice from your own thoughts. (that's one of the problems new converts eager to serve God face). just continue praying and asking God to teach you to know his voice.

EXPERIENCE: you cant achieve any good thing over night. the more you act on the voice that gives you peace when you obey, the more you keep on getting familar with hs voice. it took time for a wife to discern her husband's voice on the phone. constant listenng to it helped her to be able to now identify his voice even in her sleep.

READING THE WORD: The more you read the word of God, THE MORE YOU KNOW GOD, HIS THOUGHTS, HIS WILL, HIS LIKES ETC. SO WHEN YOU HEAR THE HOLY SPIRIT'S VOICE......IT BEGINS TO BECOME FAMILIAR TO YOU.e.g if you read the book of 1st cor 13, 1-13, the book of 1st john etc, they took strongly on love and forgiveness. the next time someone offends you and you fel like hating the person but you hear a voice inside saying forgive and overlook, YOU IMMEDIATELY KNOW THAT THIS MUST BE THE VOICE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT BECAUSE THATS WHAT YOU READ IN THE BIBLE. . infact this is one of the major ways you can discern the holy spirit's voice. HIS VOICE WILL NEVER EVER CONTRADICT THE WORD OF GOD. voices of peace, love, forgiveness, obedience, sacrifice, etc comes from him. its well. God loves you teena

op i served in kano too. 2013 batch c. you didnt say your own batch and year. i served at the nysc secreteriat, the ict department. kano is fun seriously. but the heat and cold na die. early in the year thats when the cold starts then till late in the year. in the afternon, we wear socks becos of the cold. i believe you stayed on gwaro road or near kofa famfur,(cos thats near the college of education and the buk uni) please continue. im really enjoying these memories your reminding me of. kudos
