? Prepare and coordinate incoming & outgoing Correspondence.
? Maintain a proper filing system.
? Receive and take inventory of stationeries.

specialists and ensures at any time that the document in use is the last revision.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
? Improve and enhance the project procedures related to document control in relation to Project
? Participate in the building and maintenance of document control database (PRODEM)
? Prepare and scan all documents in order to publish an electronic version of all documents, physically filed on
a shared directory available to all project members.
? Realize the electronic form of documents from the native data provided by issuers in order to elaborate the
archiving electronic version. Give assistance to project team members for the elaboration of electronic format
of documents. Ensure numbering procedure is followed.
? Dispatch/distribute the project documents through transmittal notes.

Only in Lagos would 2 danfo drivers struggle on a small lane until one(danfo) falls into the gutter ( I -no-gree, i no gree). The funny thing is that the danfo (that succeeded in pasing thru) would now pack , while its conductor and driver would move to help the fallen danfo out of the gutter!!!!

only in Lagos where 3 mature looking people lap one another and pay single bus fare .
one in lagos would peeps board a bus from same location and pay diffrent fare even when dey DROP @ the same bus-stop.
