For weeks now sleeping and waking up in Port Harcourt has not been funny….
I had to tell our domestic staff to mob the floor twice daily when I first noticed the feet of my kids where turning black weeks ago, on the few occasions they run around the house ( tiled floor) without their slippers!
also, I noticed that barely a few weeks into moving to Port Harcourt the curtains were so darken and dirty! I asked that it should be washed and quickly noticed that in less than a week it was BLACK again!!!!!!
I started to ask friends and neighbors if they also noticed same…….
That’s when I discovered that from Old Town, Elelewon, Woji , Trans Amadi to Borokiri people have noticed same.
Everyone coming up with different hypothesis for this: From slaughter(local Abattoir) to Factory’s around causing this soot that seem to creep in at night!
The health implication of taking in this SOOT day-in day-out cannot be overstressed. Just this morning I asked every member of my family to wipe their nostril only for each white-wipe to turn black where it had contact with the nostril!

Pls don't think it's not true. Their picture can be taken easily . They are negotiating bribe. Whats annoying is the lack of trust even amongst themselves hence the whole crew would squeeze themselves into your car! So that coporal would not collect 3k and claim you dropped 500. Lol. They are all theives with authority!!!!!!!

Yes they will sink it... meaning they will dig holes inside it gradually it will go down and be buried.
Then they will pump out more water and then lay plastic and put a concrete on the bottom to seal it tight.
This kind is required in a waterlogged area where blocks cannot be used.

Dear Experienced builders,

Until recently i assumed these structures were put in place to temporarily collect water to aid building as i notice they disappear after the building was completed.

I even had an argument with my spouse that it was not really possible for it to be submerged later until i noticed one out of the two that's been constructed adjacent my residence had submerged and was severing as septic tank!

Please can someone educate me on this?

Am following the one that is still on the surface as i want to see when it would "disappear" submerge

This is the first MAJOR road that Wike has built that isn't a continuation from Amaechi's tenure and we all can see the difference.

Woji area of Port Harcourt easily houses atleast 40% of Trans-Amadi and Eleme Workers.. The traffic in this area of Rivers State is epic. The Population inside this area of Port harcourt is soo large and this area links a lot of key areas in Port Harcourt like Trans Amadi, Aba-Road, Elelenwo (Eleme).

Amaechi marked houses for demolition to expand that road from the single carriage it is now to a dual carriage road with a shoulder like what the people of Iwofe are enjoying today.. Wike and the Chiefs in their area in the name of politics fought against it and dragged him to court.. Oya na, see wetin dem do for them.

Shey now they have tarred that road without expanding it.. By the time cars park left and right of this narrow road, where will people pass?

Wike no near Amaechi in terms of Vision for Rivers State.. Woji road proves it.. Go and compare this fhuckery with the Trans-Woji road Amaechi built and see the difference in class..

Every other road Amaechi touched, he left a lasting mark.. Wike is like Odili all over again; Tarr, with Open gutters, no provision for pedestrian walk ways, no provision for street lights, Throw a big party and Commission it, Take pictures and move on to the next one.. 3 years later, the road is fhucked up all over again.

1. Realise your result is poor and needs improvement.
2. Choose your friends and discard anyone that has less than 4.0 or not giving priority to his books.
3 . Forget girls.
4. Your new routine should be read, eat , go to school, read, sleep, read, eat, read,pray.
5. Ensure you don't miss any lecture and sit in front.
6. Spend more hours of everyday reading.

I did that and turned my story around. You would be shocked when you get 4.8 as your new semester result if you follow this guide.
