To all those that got standby ( 12 month period) letter I feel for u, Cos I was once in ur shoes, its kinda annoying but some may still be called.

This is so as not all those with Med IV would be called, some would also be placed on standby (12 month grace).

No matter what, just keep ur dreams alive as SHELL is not the only place,  Keep building urself, applying to other firms so that other Companies can value and hire you.
