But for every stalker that gets put on ignore there is another person that really does need someone to talk to and work things out with.  For that reason I put up with the stalkers and am quick to hit that ignore button.

Personally i am not comfortable chatting or being friends with a married woman online or offline, due to the intricacies of marriage and the danger such a friendship might pose to me, the woman and the husband in question.

Its only in very a few cases that i am friends with a married woman, and that was either because we knew each other well before marriage, the husband knew me or because went to the same university/fellowship together.

Infact i have sometimes taking the extra precaution of cutting off former female friends once they get married, i don't want wahala. A married woman is not supposed to have any other best friend apart from her husband, hence my presence in the equation is not really a welcomed development.

Men its always better to avoid trouble rather than allow room for doubts and temptation for all parties involved.

There is nothing wrong with being picky. Infact if given a chance i would not only be picky,  I would also do genetic analysis, blood clot variability, bone marrow transplantability the list goes on and on .

Just kidding 

But seriously sha, each and everyone of us is picky, the only difference is how and when we do it.

A graduate lady is being picky by choosing not to marry a non-graduate.
A Nigerian Havard graduate is being picky by merely choosing not to date or marry a non-nigerian.


Hence at the end of the day, we are all picky, its just that it makes sense to be moderate and make sure it is done with a foundation of love.

In summary, my own experiences are:

Stage 1: Senior Secondary School (SS2 - SS3) in International Secondary School Ifako Lagos

Experience: Very good experience, taught me how to live life indepently for the first-time in a mixed environment considering that i had earlier attended an all male-school (Loyola College Ibadan) during my early Junior/SS1 secondary school years (when i did not live in an hostel). This experience also taught me how to study and learn to be on my own away from my hometown in an hostel accommodation. The hostel accommodation was quite average and substandard to be frank, nevertheless i still enjoyed it cus it gave me my first taste of individual freedom and teenage student life to a restricted degree. Funny enough i was involved in a little bit of student protest in the hostel during my time.

Stage 2: University Undergraduate years in Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

Experience:  Grew up fast in a tough academic/social/student unionism environment and had the best fun of my life so far socially, sport wise and others. Although the accommodation quality varied from below-average to horrible within the period, nevertheless it was an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Even Seun Osewa and I, had cause to stay and live in the same room at one stage in time. DayoKanu was a lovaeable madman then and still is a love-able madman till now.

Stage 3: University postgraduate years in University of Manchester, UK still in progress.

Experience: I love the comfort and solitude of the current university environment so far. Nevertheless the social live here does not appeal to me in any way or form, considering that I am not a drinker , I am not a smoker  and[i] I am not a womaniser[/i]  . Nevertheless i still love the current experience sha. And hope it continues to be so. Other than the comfort of this my postgraduate accommodation, I would still consider my undergraduate days as my most enjoyable experience in an Hostel accommodation

The truth is that at one stage or another, some of us would have had to experience living away from home or those familiar to us when we were students. This experiences come in different forms either in a private accommodation or official accommodation or accommodation with a relative. Some experiences are good, others are bad. Hence since this thread seeks to focus mainly on our official accommodation experiences as a students in either:

- Hostel Accommodation in Primary School.
- Hostel Accommodation in Secondary School/High-School.
- Hostel Accommodation in College/University/Postgraduate College.


it would therefore be good and welcomed for individuals that have any experiences to share to please go on and share them.

- Geography shows its impossible for the north to be more populated than the south.

- Logic of people running away from desertification, shows it not logical for the north to be more popular than the south or Middle Belt (Onitsha, Aba, Ibadan, Port-Harcourt, Lagos, Ife, Abeokuta, Jos, Lokoja,  etc),

- Satellite Imagery shows that the north is sparsely populated and contains a lot of dry areas not suitable for human habitation, hence where does it large population come from.

- Economic wealth of the south indicates that most people would be concentrated in places like the South  (Onitsha, Aba, Ibadan, Port-Harcourt, Lagos, etc).



All these raised points above dictate that the South is simply has to be more populated than the north from all accounts.

- The middle belt is taking to be part of the north, yet the middle belt is split between muslims and christians.
- The core north is not monolithic, instead it only has a majority muslim population there are still Christians. Otherwise you would not be hearing reports of muslims killing Christians in the north for no reason other than they are Christians.



In conclusion,

Nigeria[b] does not [/b]have 50% Muslim,
Nigeria does not [/b]have 40% Christian
Nigeria[b] does not [/b]have 10% Atheist

[b]Nigeria has never had an accurate census figure - British intentionally/falsely made the north more populous on paper but not in physical reality. The North has been manipulatiing census since then onwards.

Hence all these percentage figures being quoted are completely false and baseless. No one knows what the true figures are. People can only infer what the population of an area and group of people might be in terms of political, geographic, economical, religious, socio-cultural and satellite imagery factors, i.e. the falsification of census figures over the years in favour of the north and muslims, means that[b] true census figures[/b] can only be estimated based on inference from factors stated earlier.

Thus by inference using the points raised earlier, its clear that logic and common sense implies that Nigeria is actually a majority christian country , despite that Census figures have always been manipulated and doctored to favour the north and indirectly favour muslims in general.

Christians are not violent by nature, hence the reason you have not seen christians publicly claim a right or priviledge based on the fact that they are more populous in the country.

Unfortunately muslims tend to be more susceptible to violence and domineering by nature hence the need for them to falsely claim majority population just to try and seek to gradually try to claim that Nigeria is an islamic country, which it is not.

Instead Nigeria is actually a majority Christian Country. Christians never claim Nigeria is a christian country despite that we are a majority, because such trivialities do not really matter and christianity is not about domination of non-christians even though the same cannot be said of muslims and their attitude.


Muslims and the North in general were scared of getting this truth exposed during the last census, hence the reason why they made sure that issues like Religion and Ethnic were not included in the information that would be made public via the census.

2. Setup the voting booth for nairalanders to  vote only by logging in with their usernames ( so as to avoid multiple votes) once a list of 10 people has been drawn up from step 1.

3. Set a target date and time for start and closing of the vote.

4. Release the result of the vote.



Procedure
