Any Nation whose people flee rather than stand their ground in their land will lose their Nation to outsiders.

No nation wants to be overwhelmed.

Keep your eyes on the biggest prize, your land. If it is shhiithole, why do you flee to suck shithole for 100 dollars?

The Giant of Africa 23.01.2021 .

If you think President Mugabe was joking on what he said regarding A to F students, check out Nigeria. It’s Orson Welles’ Animal Farm where A students become professors, doctors and engineers. B students become lawyers and MBA holders that mismanage doctors and engineers. C students become businessmen that build private universities paying professors and teachers very little. The D and F students go into the Army to kick out the Government as the armed robbers of the Treasury. Others that never attended schools become Prophets, Imam, Pastors and witch-doctors taking direct orders from God to command all of the above to follow them. How can such a country survive or manage free resources and incomes?

If you are condemned to destitution in your villages, towns and cities, and you are better treated, tolerated and even prosper in Western Nigeria:

Will you go back?

As far as Nigeria is concern, Western Nigeria is the best place to make it even as a beggar on the street. Ask Niger citizens on the streets.

Most of the people from the West living outside in Nigeria are civil servants, professionals and youth NYSC with incentives to stay.

How many criminals, kidnapper/negotiators and destitute Yoruba leave the West to travel in order to make a living?

Would you rather be a Talikawa in the North or move to the West where you would be treated far better?

Yoruba you have a problem glued to your fingers.

OONI & IGBOHO DISTRACTION AS FULANI USE HAUSA IN KILLING FIELDS

The issue is bigger than the Ooni and those that disagree with his approach. Ooni is respected like the Supreme Court without its own Police or Army. Whatever his age, Ooni is not infallible but he has a wealth of cultural experts around him. This is why his subjects, no matter their age respect his office. Even when his people disagree with him. African respect for cultures dictates that we must tread cautiously. The matter at hand surpassed any personal disagreement between Ooni and Sunday Igboho.

If Sunday Igboho did not stand up as Oranmiyan-sent from aggrieved people that had enough, there are others willing to sacrifice their lives, not only in Yorubaland but all over West African countries where Fulani worldly known as the fourth most dangerous Terrorist group are kidnappers and terrorists in disguise for cow grazing called freedom of movement. Please stay focused and save your energy for the real Prize, Fulani have captured Hausa the way the British had captured African countries.

Fulani terrorists all over West African countries are more powerful in Nigeria than anywhere else simply because they use Hausa as their foot terrorists. When Gov. Akeredolu of Ondo and Gov. Samuel Ortom of Benue States called out the impunity of Fulani audacious daylight crimes like Iskiku Wakili, Buhari did not call the Chief of Police for the arrest of the heinous criminals or give shoot on sight order since Fulani from his kitchen cabinet sent them. They are all members of Miyetti Allah, their Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria. The Political George Orwell Animal Farm which Northern politicians and Fulani pastoralists report to.

Buhari opened the border to all Fulani, jihadist terrorists and Sahelian North of Africa, many of who were mercenaries in Libya. Fulani Miyetti Allah went further, the invading marauders lay claim to every land. Yes, Fulani suffered a few losses compared to their victims. But only Fulani always got away scot free. There are greater losses suffered continually throughout the country perpetrated by Fulani and their one-drop of blood Hausa captives, without deterrent or anyone declared wanted by Buhari's Police Chief.

Some of the Seriki outside their homes command more respect, enjoy more security and wealth than the local Oba that host them in his town. Nobody can contemplate an Oba, Obi or Igwe more powerful than the Fulani Emir in Northern states. It may be about time to stop any Oba, Obi, Igwe or Seriki outside their dominion and subject everyone to the authority of the local Chiefs. If you want to live outside your ethic base, respect your hosts. The Federal Police and Army favor Fulani anywhere. This is the reason more people are calling for local and state Police.

Who is fooling who? The whole country sees through local Seriki aiding and abetting crimes as negotiators that appease Fulani kidnappers and terrorists after ransoms are paid through the same Seriki taking his cut. Fulani have not learned from their failure to contain Boko Haram they created against Christians. As you spread your military and police thin, they become ineffective. These Fulani cow owners are sending their Hausa captives to most ethnic bases outside their Caliphate but cannot capture Sambisa Forest for grazing and freedom of movement. You cannot pacify all the ethnic Chiefs unless those Chiefs want to face revolts or face Calabash.

Nigeria authorities will prosecute any slight or crime against Fulani. But when people defend themselves, the Police and Army come out in force. Nobody prosecuted Fulani impunity worldly known as the fourth most dangerous Terrorist group. Nigerians are deterred from carrying homemade guns but Fulani have easy access to AK47 without license. The victims of Fulani crimes in Nigeria have less protection than foreigners. We know how hard Fulani oligarchy works to seek the release of criminals in Saudi Arabia or forgive Abacha money laundering family; only had to claim one drop of Fulani blood.

Despite the effort of Aminu Kano grassroots campaigns, the Northern power is still concentrated in the hands of minority Fulani. All the Heads of State had sought support from this narrow group, except General Abacha that replaced the Sultan of Sokoto Gen. Babangida had installed. Even then, it was one Fulani replacing another. Obasanjo also tried during his reign by replacing Fulani entrenched in powerful military positions with those from North- central. The "core North" cried marginalization then since Igbo were also brought into powerful positions since the Civil War.

The majority of Talikawa in the North are Hausa too poor to compete because of their Suppression into Poverty by their minority Fulani captors. The reason many Southern leaders had supported affirmative action for the North was to bring them on the same level of rational political discussion for progressive ideas. It was not because the Northerners were less educated since many of them were literate in the Arabic studies before their Southern brothers.

However, religious opium either Christian or Muslim are always very conservative and expression of opposite views highly discouraged. No where are the leaders, especially the descendants of Usman Dan Fodio worshipped more than Northern Nigeria. Dan Fodio type of Muslim Religion keep a firm grip of the Hausa majority. Most Hausa that want to be elevated into the circle of elites must claim blood relationship with Dan Fodio Fulani. Hausa have almost given up on the Seven States headed by Fulani Emirs.

Buhari, despite his FULANI one drop blood, was overthrown once and would not take another chance. So he has to consolidate power in his kitchen cabinet and support from the Fulani at the expense of the Hausa talikawas. Buhari has a gut feeling for injustice but would not cut his nose to spite his own face. That is, he would not give anyone the chances of overthrowing him. This is why he tried to pit Ooni against Sunday Ogboho.

THERE WAS A COUNTRY CALLED THE GIANT OF AFRICA

The President of Ghana, in a lecture at Harvard University about a year and a half ago answered a question out of many: in the early eighties Nigeria was the place to be. Indeed, before the 80s Nigerians and Head of State got red carpet treatment abroad because they were a potential regional power with high spending power. Even before Oil became the main foreign income, Nigeria served as a big brother to African and Caribbean countries that could not pay salaries or needed Police and Army for their Peace Keeping missions. Nigerian farmers were productive middle class exporting food to West African countries.

Ironically, African Youths read about those glorious days before Nigeria’s Oil Income. It has now become a boring ancient history today. All they experience and know in their lifetime is a beggar nation that export cheap labor out while waiting for foreign loans to bail out the most incompetent leaders from the late seventies. It took over ten years to finally succumb to the affliction of selfishness, greed and religious opium of - only God can save Nigeria!

You cannot become a successful politician in Nigeria unless you have a touch of repulsive Trumpian qualities, "fantastically corrupt", an Army leader, a Christian or Muslim that appeals to masses waiting for their turns to loot or share the fortune of decadence. President Mandela once expressed surprise at the Christian or Muslim angle as Nigeria becomes the most religious country on earth. Leaders that somehow got elected and refuse to steal, loot money for development, infrastructure, so-called "gifted" on social media, cannot compete or “deliver” are ridiculed and voted out.

Otherwise, they would be overthrown by the most incompetent military leaders basking on killer instinct, 5 or 10 years rosy development plans written for them by civil servants. The only development plans that matter are foreign contracts staffed by skill and unskilled expatriates that order poorly paid local laborers and engineers; while police protect them, not local folks. They build the most expensive kilometer of road or bridge in Nigeria. Projects are celebrated before construction starts; commissioned with a big fanfare during construction and after as dividends of democracy to satisfy gullible voters that politheifians are miracle performers!

In the meantime, abject poverty deepened in Africa while the Asian countries brought more of their people out of poverty. Yearly slideshows of the moving face of poverty from Asia to Africa with the highest number of poor folks in Nigeria. Believe it or not, Nigerians celebrate poverty at parties with money rain, on social media; in foreign countries that used to come for hospital treatment, schools, of course to make a killing as foreign portfolio investors up to the present.

Two Militrician Presidents vividly captured the fall of Nigeria from riches to poverty better than most. General Yakubu Gowon that led the late sixties Civil War said money was not the problem but how to spend it. General Ibrahim Babangida later wondered aloud why Nigeria had not collapsed under massive corruption.

What they did not notice or heed was the advice of Chief Obafemi Awolowo that warned of impending financial disaster if the reckless and free liberal market for foreign tastes and vanities continued. Chief Richard Akinjide in the Government of Shehu Shagari labelled Awo the prophet of doom. Nobody, not even Awo could have predicted how the Giant of Africa has fallen. Many Youths have given up on their country prompting those that see a future in some foreign countries.

Even those planning to stay and study at home in the most expensive courses, dream of how easier it would be to gain visas and practice abroad laundering their talents and the resources spent to train them like their parents, outside. Some engage in nefarious activities to make good income by starting out as members of Militia and religious fantastic cults trying to gain fame, scholarships into foreign colleges as qualifications to go into politics later.

It boils down to the fact that the most productive citizens of Nigeria are the majority working from dawn to dusk without any form of Government benefits in their lives. They do not know or do not want to know if a government exists or which party runs their Country. There is simply no road to success for them except by their sweat which the opportunists, unqualified, incompetent politicians, their children and cronies feed on. They simply cut their taste and coat according to their size. Unfortunately, many of them are enticed to vote based on the promises of looters and vagabonds feeding on their blood and sweat.

Consequently, no matter how much foreign income a country makes from natural resources, African fortune hunters lure those riches away by changing their tastes for food Africans refuse to grow at home, to new or used goods and services imported. Tell them to cut foreign taste, needs and wants according to their productivity, they tell you the United States is the biggest debtor in the world. Rome was not built in a day and that at 60, most African countries are still growing young democracy learning the ropes; though Africa's civilization was older.

The United States prints his own money and does not borrow in foreign currencies. If push comes to shove, the USA can always print more papers to payback. Anyway, most of their debts are internal unlike African countries. Africans claim they need foreign loans from China and others to develop. They forgot Chairman Mao implemented one family one child policy while starving as the sacrifice to attain food, Nuclear and Economic Power.

China was accepted into the World Trade Organization to spite Soviet Union as a lesser devil with Nuclear Power. There was no way Russia could have become Space leader if they relied on Western or the United States technology. You do not borrow your way or a whole continent out of poverty. You do it by self or internal sacrifices, being creative and making do, with what you have. Those preaching Salvation from foreign loans are internal enemies of Africa.

If you think President Mugabe was joking on what he said regarding A to F students, check out Nigeria. It’s Orson Welles' Animal Farm where A students become professors, doctors and engineers. B students become lawyers and MBA holders that mismanage doctors and engineers. C students become businessmen that build private universities paying professors and teachers very little. Others that never attended schools become Prophets, Imam, Pastors and witch-doctors taking direct orders from God to command all of the above to follow them. PoliticsLost African Children As Visitors To Parents Countries by nobaga(op): 4:24pm On Jan 05, 2021
Lost African children as visitors to parents countries

How do we keep this generation of talents happy at home in Africa to develop and advance our arts, culture and sciences to save us from ruin?

Our best talents in Africa are young people that bear the cross of poverty at home but still conquer and excel. Nurturing environment enables African unique ideas to determine our relevance or usefulness to compete in the world market.

We are still fortunate in Africa otherwise our culture, religion and people could have perished. Despite all odds, Africans relentlessly become durable in the face of economic onslaught and degradation of our people mostly with our own cooperation.

Yet generations after generation, not only do we retain our culture and languages, we managed to keep them even outside the Continent. Despite the situation of African Americans, they have developed unique world niche.

If two out of three children in a family abscond overseas without a trace of our grandchildren, stories would be told of those two we never heard of again.

The Yoruba have a saying that eunuchs never have children nearby. 'Okobo ki b’omo si tosi'. What became of those children overseas that either left on 707 planes or by boat crossing the desert becomes immaterial.

Indeed some ladies go to Africa, get pregnant and left spouses there. Realizing the dilemma, the rich that sponsor the children overseas have resorted to starting new families with young ladies hoping the children would be grounded in Africa so that their lineage will not disappear.

It does not make a difference whether the sperm is still productive in their old age. There is that young lady that can make it happen either with a gardener or driver as in Lady Chatterley’s Lover.

On the same lineage thinking, men that gave up on their overseas oyinbo and African wives, are coming back home to Africa to start new families with the hope that their own lineage will not disappear.

There are stipulation by these men in the two categories, that is at home and those coming back from abroad. They make sure their wives and children never leave the shores of Africa. Moreover, they are denied foreign passports but given education anywhere but abroad.

A friend of ours used to say his children are going back home to live in his village. We asked: if you cannot live in your village, in the nearest city or country, what made you think your children will. Like the Israelis, he still promises next year in Africa. One has to begin with one stone, one brick and one step to lay a foundation on a dry land. It may be too late to raise a child at home.

But for the children that remain in African countries building and keeping the tradition, cultures and language; there would be nothing to rely on. As we get older we feel some sense of duty to preserve our own culture so that future generation can survive and propagate the tradition that must endure the test of time. In other words, we must refine our culture so that all the fetishes, crude and uncivilized way of life can compete equally with other cultures. How long we are going to survive depends on our children at home, not the children sponsored by the rich overseas or those poor children crossing the deserts. Most of those children are not coming back to live, they will only visit. Some will visit for weeks to bury their parent, others for summer of winter holidays. Even those with foreign passports living in Africa cannot wait.

The who is who of Africa, pride themselves on the fact that their children are trained overseas by foster parents, not by them. Former Presidential candidate in Nigeria, Chief Falaye reflected on this sometimes ago as he wondered aloud about his children and grandchildren overseas. It used to be that we studied and go back home as soon as we were done. If you stayed too long community would wonder if you were trying to kill your parents or vying for Mayor of London.

Now, parents actually encourage their children to go after greener pasture and stay where they could send money back rather than become a burden at home. When men and women come home on holidays, parents offer their daughters and sons to those willing to marry. So the girls can escape overseas with them. It happened more often with men coming home to marry, cut off oyinbo wives, until they learned that some of the new wives turned out, not to be angels.

It is disappointing to Africans in Diaspora that after paying their dues and getting all educated, their desired jobs compared to white counterparts, only come in a trickle or as a token. Even after getting their dream jobs and moving to the best neighborhoods, discrimination from neighbors and police still follow them there. So, in a three piece suit, your color cannot hide .

The children of these overseas Africans usually follow their parents home on holidays or other occasions. Many lose their languages and culture. We are usually happy when they eat some of our foods. But if their parents could not get our food to eat where they were, they substituted fine wheat for cassava and adopt other grain for fufu or millet. Fortunately, most African foods are now available overseas and there is no excuse for not eating some of the real thing.

It must be noted that Africans at home like all mankind have varied their tastes. Some of the foods eaten at home are not necessarily indigenous to the countries. A good example is bread.

Trying to incorporate cassava with wheat in making bread is a continuous struggle because of adherence of taste to foreign seeds. It creates enormous demand for wheat farmers in country of origin. Believe it or not, some people are trying to create market for oats as fufu in Africa.

The same way Africans got introduced to food is the way we get adapted to many of the foreign culture that has diminished our capacity to expand and proliferate our own.

It is so easy to get adapted to foreign taste and get hooked on it forever but to the detriment of homegrown food, culture, language or religion. This is how we craved for the countries built by others while we leave ours in disarray.

Nigeria has never recovered since the first Coup d’Etat. It turned out as expected that the Army lacked the intelligence and intellectual capacity for governance. A few went as far as saying the best military rule is worse than the worst civilian rule. Well, many of us disagree. Though Jerry Rawlings did a better job in Ghana in his first coming, Ghana has since benefited from clean civilian rule. In Nigeria, we are either recovering from military rule in uniform or in militrician rule when they change their uniforms to agbada or designer suits

PoliticsForeign Loan Borrowers Used As Indebted Farm Workers & Serfs by nobaga(op): 6:59pm On Sep 28, 2020
Foreign Loan Borrowers Used As Indebted Farm Workers & Serfs

Loan owners usually encourage and push borrowers into more debts at comparatively low teaser interest rate. On the premise that the richest countries are also the world's biggest debtors. After all, they tell us Africa's loans compared to GDP are still low until they push it beyond control. They don't care to tell developing countries the consequences of borrowing without any idea of how to pay back. They tell Africans the high debts of the richest countries makes them credit worthy for more loans
.

What they don't say is that they also print their own money that are International tenders which can be rendered and acceptable anywhere in the world. It is not by accident, gold standard, sound economics but they made it so by political fiat. Indeed, these rich countries can print more money at home if their biggest buyers of Treasury Bills dare ask for pay back or cash in.

Africans are the modern day arable farm workers and serfs that bought provisions on credits from the owners. Like those at the labor camp before them, they will never make enough money to pay off their foreign loans. It is a business and lifeline of your Colonial masters. What happened to Zimbabwe when they got tired of promises from the British of adequate compensation and had to reclaim their land? Which developing country or African Country do you know like Zimbabwe, could print currency that can be tendered outside in exchange for goods and services?

Even if an African Country could exchange its currency for the US dollar or Euro, one Euro or dollar would buy them a farm! No matter how long farm laborers worked on the farm, they always owed the owners for boarding and provisions they got from the owner's store (like the World Bank and IMF). It is not different from the provisions and toys African countries get from their Foreign Portfolio Investors and lenders. Despite their incomes, they always owed more than what they made in wages. Regardless of how many children and wives worked along with workers on the farm or labor camps. The same system that exploited the serfs in Europe and the slaves in labor camps, were justified as necessary evil during Slave Trade.

Despite Oil 0r Gold Incomes African countries will never make enough to pay back their British, American or Chinese loans. Foreigners make more money in Africa from experts' maintenance contracts, without sustainable endeavors or internal maintenance at home since they signed them away as conditions for the loans. Some of you may remember how system failure later found to be the main culprit in the Ethiopian Airlines crash, were blamed on African crew’s for the nose-dive until investigations exposed them as being aware of the problem and did not fix it.

Who are Africans going to call to deliver them from borrowing way over their heads for padded so-called development shadow projects? César Estrada Chávez was a USA labor leader, community organizer, businessman, and Latino American civil rights activist that dedicated his life work for better working conditions to farm workers. African countries have no César Estrada Chávez like the farm workers. What we had were Nkrumah as our Savior that saw through them; and British Lord Thomas McCauley (1835 letter) on how to capture India and Africa. But mis-educated Africans followed up on the prediction of McCauley to adhere and conquer Africa for generations.

The World Bank, International Monetary Fund and China now dictate how the Economy of African countries are run by the terms of the Agreement they signed before the loans are given. He who pays the piper determines the tune. It must be realized and well understood that in the history of Africa, no Foreign Power has helped any country in Africa to be less dependent on them. As soon as South Africa leadership changed from White to Black, nuclear technology was dismantled. When the French left Guinea, they spitefully dismantled existing facilities. In Nigeria where they thought the Steel industry at Ajaokuta, at any cost, would boost technological development, they could not find any Western country to help build one but Russia. The Russians, like Western countries, were not going to build a steel industry to compete with theirs. The Ajaokuta Steel Industry has remained in Coma since 1979.

Until recently, former French African colonies had their Foreign Reserves deposited in France like other African countries had done losing billions in interest and opportunity cost since the money could only be spent upon their colonial masters approval. An outright brazen theft worse or better than African looters who returned their loot to them, anyway.

Yet, after raping Africa of over a trillion in dollars or euro yearly, they congratulate themselves for their generosity in Foreign Aids of about 30b. In essence, using African countries as their ATM and thanking themselves for giving crumbs out of it as Aids. By some estimates lacking clandestine resource theft and padded costs: 30b put into Africa as aid but 192b taken out.

30b in overseas aid

Indoctrination, reorientation and Miseducation by culture, religion and languages cannot be quantified in monetary terms.

Nevertheless, African countries think their economic salvation is still going to come from outside to leap forward into world technology. They fail to see obvious sabotage in Ghana in spite of being a Gold Coast, Gold Reserve remains outside and the whole Gold Standard ignored in preference for pretty printed papers turned into World currencies. Africans saw how Zimbabwe currency turned into toilet papers after continual Political agreements failed and farms were returned to original owners. The only terms of Political Agreement acceptable to Foreign Powers is the one where they keep economic control. Nigeria gave Zimbabwe white farmers land, grants and concession to export, they did the same thing they did in Zimbabwe and South Africa denying the benefits to Africans.

African countries are lining up to exchange their land grabs for "development". Loans, Foreign Aid and grants are teasers to control natural resources and labor of Africans in the labor camps. China has the control of Zambia lifeline. The China 2b deal with Ghana raised sustainability fear among Ghanaians. https://www.cnbc.com/2019/11/21/chinas-2-billion-ghana-deal-fears-over-debt-influence-environment.html In Nigeria 2020 budget, over N3 trillion or a quarter of the budget is dedicated to debt servicing. Every Nigerian from the over 200 million population owes the debtors N155,000 in debt. https://dailytrust.com/nigerias-debts-how-each-nigerian-owes-n155000
