I was hunting for test practice last night online but ended up almost taking the test...I had to run..!! Anyway for those that have written I wish you all well but for those people like me that's just too scared to blow up this good chance up, here's what I found out. Deductive reasoning test can be in the form of both diagramatic n logical reasoning (hypothesis, conditional and conclusion statements)

I just love this bank...the recruitment process, the openness n transparency is just heart soothing. Wrote the xam in august, did interview in october n work resumes in november, what more can we ask for...?? This is just a laudable process n a cue that other banks n coy shd take/learn from.

My FIRST eva job came exactly one year after service(An Adhoc/contract staff for just 10dayz) bt when God decided to answer my prayers, he provided me with 2 already cooked job and anoda half cooked bt very promising. Nw I've got two places frm whic I'v got to choose frm; eida I rsume on 6th in lag or 11th in Abj or better still chill for d third(most desired if finally available)....confused bt thrilled. So I'd advice u probably locate d head office or regional office in ur area for proper info bt I tinc d submission/acceptance of CV have stopped for the year however u can giv urs a trial...all d best.
