But most of those jobs are for science graduates. Nothing for the arts even the teacher jobs are for science graduates. Does that mean arts graduates can't go to UK to further their studies?

A good deal of schools offer conversion courses for students that want a career change. Weigh the pros and cons and make that career change if need be.

Before applying please do your due diligence and check jobs in the shortage list and apply to that regard. That list is already a clue to the kind of people UK wants and also a clue to the kind of course you can apply to. Don't come here after studying and start saying UK is bad skrrr koto meow meow.
