@ hour glass I lost it after my last baby and no motivation 'cos my pc crashed but am back fully. My weigth is.102kg now Log for 17/6/2013 Exercise-3 reps (12 squats),4 reps jump n clap over ur head(don't know the name but 13 each),streches ,34 skips. Food -5:30am 4 glasses of water 7:00am small plate of whitE soup n seafood 10:00am-a slice of pine. apple 11:30am a serving of jollof rice n a wrap of moi-moi and aslice of watermelon. 4:00pm small wrap of fufu n white soup with seafood. With 1/2 glass of 7up,2 glasses of water. 8:00pm a fist of garri,with white soup n 2 glasses of water |

friends i have been on vegies for 3 days now, just climbed my scale today and am 94kg is it workable because o 13th of this september i weighed 103kg.pls am just curious. |

i started all over again, now my weight is 103 kg. mon 10/9/12 skipped rope 83 counts,crunches 10 times be4 i started gasping for air wednesday 12/9/12 skipped rope 110 counts thursday 13/9/12 skipped rope 150 counts,crunches 15 counts hope to start posting my food log today but am afraid cos i take mineral water(pepsi 50cl) almost everyday.just being sincere and i need help. |

tue 20/3/2011 50 skips of rope,10 reps of crunches,10 rep of squats food log BF;a portion of water melon,a portion of pineapple n a finger of banana. Lunch a serving of eba n oha soup,snacked on cucumber n peanut Dinner 2 fingers of banana,1/2 slice of cucumber. Wed 21/3/2011 10 mins jog,15 reps squats,30 skips of rope ,15 reps crunches. food log BF; a cup of chocolate drink with milk n 2pieces of cabin biscuit. Lunch 2 fingers of banana,a portion of water melon,1/2 slice of cucumber, n a portion of pineapple. Dinner a serving of rice n veg soup. Thurs 22/3/2011 no exercises BF ; a serving of rice n veg soup Lunch ;5 small pieces of yam n stew with 50cl pepsi( couldn't resist d urge God save me oh) Dinner a cup of choco n milk with 2 slices of bread. |
