D : a serving of rice n fish stew with 2 servings of vegetables

2 packs of indomie,Mayo, white bread and 50 cl Pepsi cola,you had all these in one day!!!!!!!!are you serious

However the 6 eggs probably better than 2 packs indomie at 630 cals per pack :

How do i plan my time so as 2 meet up with my motherly responsibilities . Am a teacher in a private owned sch,i always get 2 d sch late n sometimes my hubby leave 4 work on an empty stomach. Pls i need practical measures t0 improve on my housekeeping and time managements

am back 4 real,i was n't keen on posting my logs bc i was just exercising small n i ate healthy 4 sometime n within 2 weeks
ppl started commending ma looks but i slacked n my hubby just noticed that am no more into my new habit he encouraged me to start.
