I have a small problem with my website.

The website is live and running, hosted on domainking.ng, and my internet service provider is hoop telecoms (static IP address).

The problem is I cannot access the website when I am connected to the network (hoop telecoms) but I can access other websites with the network.

I have accessed the website on the network a few times but after a while it doesn't go through anymore.

When I connect to a different network, I can access the website well without issues.

I tried flushing the DNS a few times on my computer, but no changes.

Modified: I can use a VPN on my computer while connected to the network (hoop telecoms) to access the website.

I am out of ideas Please can someone help me out here?
