U-20 World Cup Revelation: T. B. Joshua Assisted Us —Ghana Coach

Revelations on how Nigeria’s Prophet T. B. Joshua of the Synagogue Church of All Nations assisted the Ghana Under 20 team to win the World Cup on Friday in Egypt have emerged.

Revealing this on Ghana television monitored on Emmanuel TV, Victorious Vision when the team arrived the Accra International Stadium on Saturday, the Ghanaian coach, Sellas Tetteh thanked Prophet T. B. Joshua for assisting the team with prayers to win the cup.

When asked how the man in the Synagogue assisted the Black Satellites, Tetteh said: “Prophet T.B. Joshua assisted us. Joshua was with us on the job and he talked with all the players. He was an inspiration to all of us. He was speaking with us all the time during our stay in Egypt.”

P.M.Sports gathered that before the highly explosive match that saw a Ghanaian player being sent off the pitch in the 36th minute, the Ghanaian coach phoned Joshua to seek his prayers for his team to beat the highly rated Brazilians.

Prophet Joshua confirmed to P.M.News that coach Tetteh actually phoned him in the morning of the final to seek prayers for the success of his team. He (Joshua) said he told him (Tetteh) that his team would carry the day if they obeyed God’s instructions concerning the match.

The instructions according to the man in the Synagogue is that the Ghanaian team should defend their goal post very well and limit their attacks on the Brazilians.

“I told the coach that there will be no goals’ in the first and second halves of the match and that they would go for extra time which will also not produce any goal. I told him (Tetteh) that the match will be decided by penalties and that the coach should ensure that Andre Ayew (No. 10) takes the first penalty. “I said if they do that victory is theirs,” Joshua told P.M.Sports.

It was also gathered that Joshua’s prediction that the Ghanaian team will have problem in the first half came to pass when a player of the team was sent off the pitch for foul play.

The Synagogue pastor told P.M.Sports further that the Ghanaian President, Prof. Attah Mills phoned him to seek success for his team before the match. “I told him (Mills) that his team would win if they follow divine instruction. They did and they won the cup to the glory of Africa.

“You know when they sent off that Ghanaian player from the pitch, the Ghanaian coach phoned me and I t old him not to worry. I asked him to tell his boys to defend well and that no goal will be scored during that half and no goal was scored,” he added.

During the penalties, Joshua it was gathered, phoned coach Tetteh, who did not want Ayew to start the penalty shootout, to allow Ayew take the first penalty to seal victory for the team.

After the victory, the Ghanaian coach was full of praises for Prophet T. B. Joshua for standing by his team. When asked if the Super Eagles of Nigeria will qualify for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa next year, Prophet Joshua has this to say: “Super Eagles will qualify if they play the game as if it all depends on them and pray as if it depends on God.”

in response to your post above, please take time to investigate well before making rash statements. the registration that goes on at the synagogue is for those going to the prayer line for healing. the purpose of this is to get a good record of the contact details, etc. of those prayed for and the problems that they were having for testimony purposes. that is why all the prayer lines are recorded - for the purpose of testimony. record is very important. after all, if the disciples did not record the miracles that Jesus did, we would not be reading about them today. the healing service takes place every last friday of the month, but those with hiv, cancer, etc. are prayed for on Sundays. as for the thousands of newcomers and others that troop into the church every week, there is nothing like registration or booking or appointment note for them. they just come when and as they wish. concerning the prophecy - during the service every sunday, tb joshua prophecies to many in the congregation. take note, these are the people who have not booked or done anything before entering the synagogue. those for healing of hiv nad cancer do not even sit inside the church, but are positioned at the prayer line. so, your reasoning doesn't make sense. others that have booked for healng attend the monthly healing service which is a day set aside for healing, very few prophecies are given on these days.

Widow, 9 Kids Eat From Refuse Dump… 2nd Daughter Impregnated By Lunatic

For Philomena Sunday, mother of nine, the 18th of August 2004, led like a tunnel down the mythical Valley of Death. On that gloomy Wednesday, her husband passed on, and the world literally locked down on her like vice-clamps.

For the next four years, subsequently, life went progressively from bad to worse, until eventually the lady found herself and all her nine children picking their meals, clothes and all of their livelihood from refuse dumps:

Fired by her curiosity, the anomymous lady approached Philomena, who tearfully narrated her ordeal to the stranger: “She asked what I was doing at the dust bin every day, with these children, picking food, and I answered, ‘My sister, things have been very difficult, and even when I went to people to beg, they usually disappointed me.”

Continued the destitute woman as she narrated her encounter with the strange lady, “Even the man I had, whom I thought was going to help me and my children and train them in school, disappointed me, so this is where we get food to eat.”

Moved by her story, the stranger promised to help her. Then she wanted to know if Philomena had ever heard of Prophet TB Joshua and his Synagogue Church of All Nations. When she answered in the negative, she told her to prepare to meet with the prophet, whom she was sure could help the widow and her family, if he heard their story and could confirm it.

Unknown to Philomena, the faceless lady had made a video clip of one of their previous scavenging trips to the refuse dump as she and her children rummaged through mountains of refuse, searching for food, disused clothes, shoes and all, as well as empty cans, which they sold for N50 apiece, to buy food.

The stranger hired a bus to convey the family to Lagos and armed the mother of nine with her video tape which she urged her to make sure Pastor Joshua saw, in order to believe their incredible story and possibly alleviate their suffering.

Last Sunday, a capacity-packed cathedral of misty eyed worshippers listened with rapt attention, as the pathetic story of the widow with nine young children was told from the mouths of the victims themselves, backed by the video clips from the unknown stranger.

It was soon time for the eldest of her daughters, Faith Abumere, to speak. She confirmed the story of the family’s great suffering earlier narrated by her mother. Then she launched into her own personal experience. Because of the hell her mother and siblings were going through, she decided to find a man to whom she could be betrothed in marriage, in order to help rescue the family from its plight.

Unbeknown to Faith, however, the man she found was himself an unemployed person who needed help, equally. She became a teenage mother, bore him two children and increased the cycle of poverty.

“Even the clothes I am putting on now are from the dustbin,” she said tearfully. “But suddenly, my mother came one day to tell us that one would woman told her about Synagogue… I know that as we are here now, our story would turn around.”

The story of Anthonia Abumere, the second daughter of the family was no different. She too got lured into a relationship she thought would blossom into marriage and help rescue the family from their wretched existence. Unfortunately, her liaison turned out to be one with a man who was a lunatic. She too became a teenager mother and the family’s problem worsened.

“I did not know that the man had a mental problem which, whenever it occurred, he would be misbehaving outside and people would be running from him,” narrated Anthonia. “Last June, the problem relapsed,” she went on, “ he beats me and my baby and sometimes he would kick us out,” cried Antonia, with a huge scar from a stitch that marked her pretty face, cuddling her equally lovely infant baby.

So, back to worse poverty she crawled, prostrate before the elements and a pitiless world. As the audience sat glued to their seats, the voice of Prophet Joshua cut them out of their contemplation: “That marriage should be immediately terminated. It’s a wrong marriage caused by poverty… your future first, before marriage. Let them face their career and future. If the Lord says the will marry tomorrow, they can marry tomorrow – but that marriage should be stopped for now.”

Turning to the family as he preached to his congregation, Prophet Joshua noticed little Esther, her exquisite little face smudged by hot tears: “Wow! What a beautiful girl,” he exclaimed. “If you don’t help this one now, she would turn out to be like her sister who married a mad man,” said the prophet, shaking his head, sadly.

Prophet TB Joshua called on his congregation to help restore the family. He said the family would first undergo deliverance. “We must do whatever we can to restore this family and make them part of our families and counsel them; we must not allow these children to be destroyed.”

Thereafter, he made a cash donation of N500,000 to the family in addition to 10 bags of rice and his trademark gift of the Holy Bible, promising further assistance to help educate the children. Other cash gifts and donations started pouring in from the congregation, as well as from watchers of Emmanuel TV, worldwide, who had been following the live telecast of the Synagogue Sunday service.

Donors included a caller, Josephine, from Denmark, who offered clothes and other support for Philomena and her children. Another caller, Mike, from Abuja, offered little Esther scholarship from primary school through secondary school. A regular female worshipper at the church opted to pay for accommodation for the family, as well as an offer of scholarships to four, out of the family’s nine children.

I am posting it because i tink it is about time we nigerians appreciate dis man of God. his prophecies are many and are clearly accurate, very few people can open deir mouth and confidently declare something before it happens, and keep on doing it. if God was not with him, he would have failed miserably by now and would have been seriously exposed - but as people keep on criticising and persecution. his ministry keeps on growing.

Ghana President, Professor John Evans Atta Mills was full of thanks to Nigeria for their prayers and support, which he said ensured the Black Satellites won Africa's first title in the U-20 category following a pulsating penalty shoot-out victory over Brazil yesterday, which threw the whole of Ghana into frenzy.

if we had drawn the match, he would not have been correct, you can check it in the video, the way he said the prophecy, the way he said it, it was connected to the "its not every time they beat us" apart from that he said clearly that we would score a goal and d goal would be a header and dat we would be one ahead - so if we had drawn, it would not have been correct and he would have received a lot of ridicule and embarrassment, even from his members, who all heard as he gave d prophecy

if right from time, tbj's prophecies had not been correct and had not been coming to pass, what gives him dat boldness to keep on prophesying?

1. he is prophesying but using another source of power (not God) - you cannot doubt that what he is saying is not coming to pass, because it blatantly is, if you say he is using another power, just time take to evaluate his whole ministry. jesus said, by their fruits you will know them. apart from the healing and miracles dat are so prevalent in his church, his sermons are purely bible based and he always prays in the name of Jesus Christ. apart from dat, look at his works of charity, for example, every sunday he gives out scholarships tio needy students, watch his station or go to his church, pray and judge for yourselves by the fruits,

i watched d service when he made this prediction and after dat i watched d match and the prophecy was glaringly obvious. i was doubting that nigeria would score and yet in d dying minutes, dey scored and it was a header.

The Heartland forward has shown he is one to watch out for at the FIFA Under-17 World Cup,

Nigeria's Under-17 team, the Golden Eaglets, defeated Qatari club Luqiyya FC 4-1 in a warm-up match ahead of the Under-17 World Cup, with Heartland star Stanley Okoro netting a hat-trick. Okoro got his three goals in the second half, while the other Nigerian goal was scored in the first half by Olarewaju Kayode.

Mighty Jets striker Terry Envoh was also in fine fettle as he spearheaded the attack, while the other Heartland star in the team, full-back Orji Kalu, started from the bench. The Eaglets are on a training stint in Qatar prior to the FIFA Under-17 World Cup, which they will host starting on October 24. I played along Stanley Okoro, ‘Awila’, Izueke et al in one of the zonal camping for the then ‘junior boys’ team to represent Enugu North. The venue was National Grammar School Nike (my Sec. Sch.), Enugu. Okoro was then in either SS1 (my level then as well) or above me (i.e. SS2). He later played for the famous River lane FC while still in school and even after his sec. Sch. That was the last I saw him before watching him again in of Rangers matches like two seasons ago.

I’m 28 years old. Stanley Okoro is older than I am. Now he says he is under 17. God save us . I wish FIFA will test every player b4 the tournament begins proper so that we’ll learn to do the right thing that will benefit us. True under 17 are all in Sec. Schools unless the person never attended sec. Sch. or dropped out. May God help my dear country Nigeria.

This people at the NFF will never learn, and its costing the country dearly. what exactly is the point of winning this youth tournaments then fail to qualify for the big one (WORLD CUP). The coaches and the crazy guys running football in nigeria are responsible for the tiny players in the super eagles cos they spend so much time choosing old men with tiny physiques and declaring them to be U-17s. As for the so called 'teenagers' from heartland, they will not make it big in football if at this stage of their lives, all they are thinking about is making it into the U17 team. when are they going to start playing as an adult, even if they make it to europe, they can only sign for clubs on schorlaship basis cos they will be deemed 'too young' to sign a professional contract. by the time they get to the right age, their bodies will be too old to do anything. So many of their guys who did same are roaming the streets of europe now doing nothing. What a joke, this okoro guy is far older than Ibok Edet whose parents used to be our neighbour. He’s older than most of the guys in siasia's team.

the prophecies that he gives are live on emmanuel tv for the world to see - they are not pre-recorded ones that could easily be recorded after the event (:-)
how is it possible to stage manage something which is said before the thing happens?? it is only a pratting fool that would continue making predictions when he knows it is coming from his own head. sooner or later, he will say something, it will not come to pass and he would be embarrassed and become a laughing stock. by now, thousands of the members would have walked out on tb joshua. i mean, imagine what would have happened if he had predicted that Nigeria would win? he would receive a great deal more lashing than he has received on this post and everybody would start calling him a fake prophet.
i think what gives him that confidence to keep on speaking out is because it is truly God that is revealing to him.
