Good morning boss, if you continue reading you'll notice it talks about the freedom to eat anything and not be put in bondage by the rules of men. However, it says that if this freedom will make my brother to fall, then I should refrain from it.
We have to read the whole context to understand these things sometimes sir.

As a youth, I must say that this man is my role model. As a young Christian, I draw strength from the old Men of God who have been with God for so many years and are not tired. I imitate him even as he imitates Jesus Christ. In the words of Apostle Paul, "Follow me, as I follow Christ". I pray that God gives me the same grace given to him and to do even greater works in Jesus Name! Amen!

Don't deceive yourself and lead people astray. The Bible says "if we deliberately continue sinning after we have known the way of truth, and the end thereof is worse than the beginning, there is no more repentance because we trod under foot the blood of the only begotten Son of God, and insult the Spiritof Grace which He has given us."

It also says "Can we continue to live in sin and expect grace to abound? God forbid!!!".

The Bible later says "Work out your salvation with fear and trembling".
We have to co-operate with the Holy Spirit through whom we are sanctified in Christ Jesus to reach Heaven.

Instant salvation happens the minute you believe in Jesus Christ and then we also have to obey the commandments to make Heaven. Simple as that really.
