Obi didn't have enough agents at the polling unit, they have a deficit of 40k agents, no governors to help him rig or write results, non transmission of results electronically, systematic disenfranchisement, late or non appearance of INEC staff in perceived opposition strongholds, the election is a sham.

You can't say the election is a sham when you don't have agents with signed INEC PU slip to prove it. I recall a lot of people bringing this issue to the fore just before election but we kept hearing that LP will partner with ADC and have the highest number of agents(not even bothering about spread). Sadly, ADC doesn't drop out and your party's communication centre and situation room is in shambles(I have been saying this since the day of election). They are overwhelmed and didn't plan well since there is no politician with reasonable federal election experience in the party

As a matter of fact, this coalition shouldn't have started UNTIL all results were on the irev.

There is overwhelming evidence of result disparities, these things will be addressed and WE WILL WIN!!

BVAS was supposed to be the game changer and everyone banked on BVAS transmitting directly from PU and with that working based on INEC assurances, there was no place for rigging. That's why most are calling for BVAS comparison.

When INEC Chairman mentioned only State REC result is valid just today after saying BVAS is final according to the electoral act, the courts are the only place

The INEC chairman stated that his primary duty is to announce the results. APC had 97 percent party agents of PUs. PDP had 99, LP 69.
First, it is no one's fault that LP is struggling with organization and communication issues. They are asking their agents to send the original PU result to a WhatsApp number on their Twitter account. This is information that should have arrived at the state situation room less than 2 hours after voting. The Partu agents should dispute the result at the National level instead of chasing shadows. How can you confirm that your agents signed the sheet at state level but you are looking for result to be uploaded first on IREV? How do you tell the electoral umpire to pause collation of votes?

Now, while the INEC chairman insisted on continuing was simply because every vote counted was validated with BVAS. So BVAS was used for the validation of votes and all votes counted were validated by it. The only issue it had was not being able to upload the result sheet..


If you go to court(probably the results have been uploaded) and it tallies with the collated one, you simply wasted your time. The Commission is also not mandated by law(I am quoting a professor of law on ChannelsTV) to first produce the uploaded sheet before announcing a winner. According to the electoral Act 2022, the returning officer(INEC chairman) has the right to make certain decisions provided a review is possible within a week.
In the same Electoral Act, there is no punishment for not uploading PU result except if it was done "willfully". Meaning that unless you criminally decided not to, then you didn't do anything wrong. Now you will need to prove criminal intent and motive.

If APC win Kwara, then Tinubu is the incoming president. He has 9 +a possible 2 states(Lagos, Oyo, Ekiti, Osun, Ogun, Osun, Edo, Rivers, + any of Cross River, AB, Imo, Ebonyi, )South with 25 per cent.
