Once I complete the dosage, headache would strike, and once aspirin is taken, I get well. But I would keep repeating aspirin every night until gastric ulceration sets in. I would then buy omeprasole and cimetidine to treat ulcer. While ulcer treatment is ongoing, malaria would strike again, and I would take antimalarials. If antimalarials don't work, I would know that the symptoms are bacterial and take antibiotic. If there is no relief, I would combine antimalarials and antibiotic and there would be a relief. It has been like this since 2007. I don't go to hospital again because I have grown to know these symptoms and what doctors would prescribe.

For the past 2 weeks, I have been battling 'herniated disc' problem in my lower back. It started the day I bent down suddenly and I heard a snapping sound at my back bone. I started using norflex, calcium supplement and diclofenac. I feel mild relief because I can't stop my daily hustle to rest while the disc heals. If I dont work in a day, I won't eat or pay bills.

Note that I undergo HIV test almost weekly.

How do the poor tackle medical problems in this hellhole of a country?

This is not a great situation to be in, especially if you are alone and have no one to register how you feel to like my friend above, he had me

But before you lose hope, lose faith and give up, please remember...

This is really not the kind of life you had planned or had envisioned. If you could make a choice, you will be far away from here and probably lost in your fairy-tale and dream, but hey, shit has hit the fan!

You have to remember all you stand for, all your dreams and aspirations, all you wanted to achieve and all that you can be.

Don’t let your failed past and setback control the present, march like you have no worry in life, live like the whole earth is yours, and really it is.

Remember that, all it takes is time and you will be where you ought to be, with who you are meant to be and doing what you have always hoped for and dreamt of.

You did not just fall from the sky, you have a family: father, mother, brother, sister, wife, children, which alone should give you utmost joy.

I mean, what the hell are thinking when you ever thought of giving up. You don’t want to turn out as the sore loser, who was so scared, he ran out of life.

You have to talk to them about how you feel and what your problems are, you just need to draw inspiration from that circle of love called family.

You are surprised, but it’s true, you are so important to my existence and like air, I cannot do without you.

You could be the doctor who will Save my life, the friend who will always have my back … you could just be the future my country is waiting for.

You could be the reason why I am all smiles, the reason why I am always happy, so why choose to be selfish and throw all that away?

Look around to others who look up to you, do you really want to let them all down? You have got to take a break from the pity party and move on my friend!

I identified what was causing it. What made me sad? How did it come about? Then I started weakening the root causes by help of online stuffs and meds prescribed by my physician. One thing about depression is that you must be willing to fight what is causing u sadness by making it insignificant. How are you?

Guy how did the depression start? What triggered it? That is the first place to start from. I survived Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depression which made me suicidal few years ago so I am interested in your case.

You're very strong but, I think you don't how how strong you're, for you to even open up that you're going through depression has more energy than you think, beleive me, it is all in your head, that's why its seems hard to cure because you have settled it in your mind, even when everyone else tells you you're fine.

You're not alone many people here have gone through it even more than 10 times over
