new maonza: Boy Whatz really wrong being an employee ? I also wanna ask You what your Priorities are, If itz really to make Money and be stupendously rich then please stop Soft-ware Development and start thinking figures like an ALABA boy or Dangote, You really cant beat this dudes at their thing, another question i will like to ask You is that when You build that wonderful business of yours, are you not going to employ Victims(employees) in it or are you gonna be the chairman, accountant, lawyer, soft ware developer, clerk................................. I just smell FEAR in YouI feel you jooor... Cause everybody is getting into all these entrepreneural crap as if being employed is an abomination, go check out IBM and Coke's longstanding employees, they are doing far better than most people who claim to be self-employed. Some people are bright and effective but they need to be told exactly what to do, try leaving those people to themselves and they'll be completely clueless! If you play your cards right either as an employee or employer, you'll have more than enough perks on retirement! |

Billyonaire:Now thats just an ignorant statement! Computer Science is actually more of a theoritical approach, it's becos programming is likeable that people who dont have formal degrees are able to do it! I would not regard an NIIT programmer as a Computer Scientist becos it's way more than coding! I mean, the guy wld prbably not know the slightest thing about algorithm runtimes! Do you think google stands on just the lines and syntax of python, C++ and Java?? 1 Like |
Fashion / Re: Do Guys Really Need Six Pack Belle? by Nov1ce(m): 7:08am On Jan 24, 2013 |
Soooo OP, I think the conclusion of the matter is that guys should stop competiting with pregnant women and get fit! |
Fashion / Re: Do Guys Really Need Six Pack Belle? by Nov1ce(m): 10:15am On Jan 23, 2013 |
O boy! It is very important O! If I expect a particular figure from my wife, I should also give her the same... I mean I shld be able to remove my shirt in public without worrying naaa.... Plus when you see fit guys in attires (corporate or a casual Tee) there's an air around them rather than a protruding tummy (u dey follow your pregnant wife compete)... All those guys who say they've tried and it did not work are plain lazy or doing it all wrong... If you have a big tummy, first shead the weight around that area by serious aerobic drils and cutting down on food, then begin to work on the packs... The packs is actually one sheet of muscle below the tummy layer, so it will never show under a big chunk of fat mass... I have been working on it for about 6weeks now and I can see the effects vividly... #MyTwoCents |

NEMESIS is wen u submit your answer sheet with ur expo (sheet used for exam malpractice) inside... RACISM is wen a white iPhone costs more than a black one... LONG THROAT is wen u take a gal out on a sunny day and she orders 4 a hot plate of pepper soup... *smh*... A WITCH is that girl that eats nkwobi, fish pepper soup, shawama, suya, kilishi, chicken n chips, burger, drinks smirnoff, farouz. And when you take her home she says "sorry I'm on my period".. OVERSABI is when you are eating salad with a girl and she says "honey, this food no done (not well cooked)"... OLODO(idiot) is when you are in a plane with a girl and she says "honey I'm hot, can you please roll down the glass"... A HUNGRY child is that kid dat sees you eating and says "my mummy said I shldn't take food from strangers"... A STUBBORN child is that kid dat wakes up in d middle of d night when daddy and mummy are having a gud tym nd says "mummy I want 2 piss (ease myself)"... Now; STINGYNESS is when you finish reading through this and you refuse to comment! 1 Like |

Rayjaymay: So how will i start by using the algorithmJust take a sheet of paper and write a step by step process of the way the program will compute from input to the desired result... Do that and put it here, we'll continue from there! |
Programming / Re: Pls Help Me Out by Nov1ce(m): 7:55am On Jan 13, 2013 |
expertfingers:Yeah! @OP You should definitely start there, cause whichever data structure you will use will be determined by your algorithm. The code itself will be a piece of cake once you have a working algorithm... |
Religion / Re: Crossing Your Legs In Church, Is It Wrong? by Nov1ce(m): 9:02pm On Jan 05, 2013 |
I usually don't comment often here because it's full of narrow minded people who can't prove from the bible IN CONTEXT some of the trash they spill from their mouth. Enough already with all the cultural crap we call religion, the OP asked a question and someone like 'tipia@' cldnt even give a reason for the comment and said it didn't deserve one forgetting that the bible also say we should be ready to answer any one who asks for the reason for our belief, it being an apologetic!!! Not just releasing crap that was imbibed in a church for organizational convinience and calling it a rule! Am not against what your church lays down as'house rules' so as to maintain order, just don't pass it on as a standard from God!!! Sheesh... 1 Like |

Itz been a while I coded in VB.NET but am sure you can place both gridviews on different tabs on the same tab control. Don't place them directly on the form, rather put each on it's respective tab from scratch! |

Fayimora: Slightly off topic question.. Why do Nigerians, well not all but most, care so much about certifications?Cos we live in a papered economy my friend! But I have absolutely zip interest in certifications, I have paid for trainings without writing the certification exams at the end of the day!, am a biggie of 'showing me what you can do' rather than 'telling me what you can do'... |
Programming / Re: How To Send SMS Using Asp.net/vb.net by Nov1ce(m): 10:19pm On Jan 01, 2013 |
Check out SMSLive, eStore SMS or Ozeki. I think eStore is one of the easiest to implement, although if you are good with DB tins, you can use Ozeki in a way that'll save you some time off writing code... |

mikovo2002: I am not, must I be a programmerYou don't have to be a programmer, but mind the use of 'develop'. Just google 'Open source quiz maker', there's a vast collection of quiz makers (premium and free). Read through their documentation and pick the one which best suits you. Cheers! |

candy:Believe me, GOOD smacking emphasis on the 'GOOD' will do a whole lot. My last brother was very stubborn, as stubborn as going to about 5 or 6 different nursery and primary schools cause they kept rejecting him when they got fed up, he's once locked my mom in the house before and took the key to school (like nursery school ooooOoO), a friend had to go and beg and bribe him before he dropped the key, cause mumsy had an appointment. But in the middle of all that, there's a point you beat a stubborn child to that he starts shouting and crying all over the place (most parents stop there...BIG MISTAKE), just take it a little further and the shouts will become silent tears. And all that don't discipline physically is all crap, my brother is in university currently and has a very healthy self esteem! |

Do you pay tax on money given (freewill) to you People are just bias because of their perspective and opinions about the church... What the church makes as income is not a charge to members, it's a freewill gift! |
