Everything regarding this project is wrong, pillars are constructed so close to the main road making it impossible to expand the road in the future. The cost of the project is enough to fix many roads and others infrastructure competing for attention . Incoming administration may distance itself from this project.
At the end it is Rivers peoples and Nigerian irrespective of their political affiliation whose taxes are squandered away.
