The guy didn't understand Enigma and that the statement was ironic and thus warred against Enigma but once convinced, he apologized and settled the issue. I think Image is using his own sincerity (some may think he is not sincere but his posts are consistent) to judge others. Sadly, many will ride on his endorsement even as they remain liars who are in this for personal profit rather than for the Kingdom of God.

I remember that at least twice, Image has been told to stop being the "foundation" for our NL fakes. He refused but later found himself standing against the people who used him as a prop. Lets watch and see where this will end

Many of us come here and speak daily, cry aloud and spare not, almost embarrassing ourselves and making enemies over this issue  but these same victims show up, berate us, question our integrity and morality, ascribe greed, indolence and hypocrisy to us but every-time, the supposed MOGs show themselves for what they are - fakes, riding on the wind of manipulation to smile to the banks whist their acolytes sink deeper into debt. The victim above today acknowledges he was "duped" but if by laws of chance, his vehicle(s) did not have these issues at such coincidental timing, would have sworn by the supposed "man of god". He is as much to blame as the fake and infact, should  carry more liability.

What is wrong with humans? What is wrong in hard-work? What is so wrong in a man deciding what he wants to achieve, setting a realistic time-span to such achievement, working towards it and accepting that God rewards those who "DO" rather than those who "talk" and/or "claim". Scripture shows that Abraham had flocks - did these appear in one day? Did God throw down his thousands of animals from heaven?

What is wrong with anyone planning then implementing those plans (realistic) WITH trust and prayer to God rather than dreaming of "comandclem" giving him 5 million monthly for an investment of 500, 000? Something is definitely wrong with most of us supposed "Christians"

These conversations only clarify how deeply Satan has penetrated into the supposed "Church"! And why not? "Church" in the days Christ & His Apostles walked earth was a gathering of like-minded people (who wished to serve God) WHEREVER they met. Today, the term has become synonymous with special acoustically enhanced architectural wonders with air-conditioning, shopping malls, special effects etc. These play host to "audiences" seeking entertainment as often as excuse can be found for such "entertainment sessions" and are called churches. "Blessed" owners of such entertainment centers are those who can convince the most people to visit and give the most. Such are today known as "Men of God" when in the Bible, those known by that appellation were "the scorned of the earth, men whom the world was unworthy of, crucified, of many sorrows, beaten, burnt, sawed in half, tortured etc". Such included Jesus Himself, Peter, Paul, Stephen, Elijah, Jeremiah, Micah, Abraham too, Daniel, David etc. But the Religion and trust these had in God is not enough for today's man and we need to ask - why are you different? Who are you following? Why is your life uncommonly like that of the Pharisees who were the Religious men of those days and were the "big men" too. They had the crowds, the adulation, the respect. They even had power with the politicians of those days just as many of our "mogs" today have the ear of presidents etc whom they eat and drink with (and collect Ghana must go bags from too). Why are you like these men? Whom are you following?

The motive also has changed. While Jesus scorned this life and went as far as saying this world is not His own, His "supposed" followers today (who claim Him rather than the Pharisees their lives testify of) say His Sacrifice has made them owners of this world. Strange, isn't it, when a follower says he is greater than his master. Jesus owns Heaven but his followers who He instructed not to conform to this world, say they own both earth and heaven. Financial profit has become todays motive for a brand of Christianity the Apostles Peter & Paul never knew.

Pastor AIO's comparison of what Jesus wanted and what a "follower" wants today shows all there is to show about these supposed followers of Christ and the difference between them and Jesus Christ. I don't know which Jesus they follow but it is NOT the one who said to make NO provision for gold or silver and that He was not of this world.

The comments I made that I believe you respond to, were an offshoot of the original focus of this thread which is the trend towards seeing success as larger congregations and more palatial buildings. Jesus did preach to thousands and so did his apostles (at least we know of Peter). So it is not as though I state having a large congregation is a crime.

However, a Billion spent on a church building in this country is a travesty of good judgment. I have often wondered what would happen if a church as wealthy as that, were to open up say, a trade learning center in Kaduna, take in 100 Muslim youth monthly, feed them, house them, clothe them and empower them to return to society (with a 50K gift at end of training) as bricklayers, plumbers, carpenters etc after a year of decent life and disciplined craft study? Or would you say the hundreds of youths who butcher 4 day old children became monsters overnight? I personally think their hopelessness (I was born up north and returned there as a teenager and believe me, those guys suffer) dehumanized them. So if they die, its paradise (?) and if they live, they did something about their frustration and "have" points before Allah.

Given a reason to live, a pride in self, a future to consider, many will turn their backs on violence and you might even have won a convert aside helping avoid/reduce what Jos is today, a poster child of. Not by preaching but by giving to society & showing love to someone who may think you foolish to give him so much. The Jesus kind of love - to people who may not even appreciate your gift.

Put that against a 3 billion Naira building in Lagos and MY belief is the 3 billion building is another Babel.

On the same results being gotten from large congregations, please take a look at the "egbes" around you who attend small prayer ministries. They are mainly "egbes" because they are not exposed and battle-hardened by life and ego. We all have such small churches around us and whist they may not be on tv, we see their youth. Sadly, they (removed from the arrogance of life and the city-slicker) today seem to us "backward". They have what it is we have missed.

Basically then, I agree and state - in every gathering, there will be originals just as counterfeits. Problem is the proportion in giant ministries is ridiculous compared to the small holiness congregations.

And Paul said "I have run the good race". Maybe he was a baby Christian with milk teeth who didn't know the race was instantaneously won with confession!

No wonder Christ said "I will say to them 'away with you, workers of iniquity! I never knew you".

Salvation is instantaneous? Yet the Bible says to "work out your salvation" and Paul said "I have run the good race".

Don't work your salvation out (its settled) and disregard Paul too - afterall he was a baby christian who didn't know scripture enough to know salvation is instantaneous.

Even if it is 2 or 3 of you, as long as you are true believers and you gather in Christ's Name, you have become/formed a church. The Bible says all the first churches were located in existing people's homes and open spaces, not in specially constructed "palaces". Christ preached to thousands and so did Peter. We see the truth.

Conversely, if 1000 demons (who we know believe in Christ and tremble But DO NOT OBEY HIM) are gathered to do their own counsel about Jesus (i.e. to find their own solutions), do they form a church? What if it is a beautiful building that they gather inside? What if the signboard reads "Christ Point"? Has it become a church?

What if it is people controlled by the spirits of pride, lust, uncleanness, deceit and fraud? Do they constitute a "church" simply by naming it so? Jim Jones (Guyana tragedy) and the Waco man - were their congregations part of Christ's Church? If Muslims fill a building with the signboard "Church" outside, is it a church?

A church is a gathering (from 2 - whatever) of true believers WHEREVER they gather, not a signboard outside or a gathering of people who come for a mental fix or entertainment galore (no matter what they call themselves). Your fruit shows who you are, not your claims

God/Christ and all His prophets/servants are shown to use "crude" words, and not care whose ox is gored. "Earthiness" indeed!
