Your comment shows you are a monkey, you lack commonsense and the ability to understand what my message was about. People like you feature on CNN as the face of backward Africa, a mentality so primitive you are automatically downgraded to animal status.

I will not have kids if I don't have money to raise them properly, the issue is wider than this family's, it is very glaring in many parts of Africa that people breed children like animals and the kids end up in extreme poverty due to bad choices made by the parents...time and time again they repeat the same mistakes made by their ancestors.

Africa should have a proper family planing and population control policy like Ghana did a while ago.

Your comment is counter productive and smacks of something a monkey brain will say.
If I understand u well, if one is not very rich, he shouldn't think of marriage let alone having children. By Nigeria standard, I am comfortable but getting a donation from wealthy man in the event that my child took ill that needs assistance can never be out of place guy. U are very wrong.

Spoken like a true zombie. Why not take it a notch higher by framing it and placing it at one sweet corner of your room to serve as a constant reminder of one of the very awesome feat of the buhari led admin. . . . .LOLZ
Is this the embarrassment? Ok, I will do just that cos it is a true reflection of the economic situation. But I will advise you to develop an average sense of reasoning to strike a difference between u and my dog.

I am going to seriously embarrass you if you don't desist from being intentionally stupid. How is paying salary on the 25th worthy to be called an achievement ?
Based on the situation of the economy, salary on 25th day of a month is an achievement. ****

ZUBY77:
People who doesn't know their rights would rejoice for news like this one.

Federal government can decide to pay you your money on 20th, it doesn't change anything because it's your money. It doesn't change much of your expenses structure.
That's never an improvement, it's just a change from date.
Improvement means paying you twice a month.
Let's say you earn 300k a month,
150k every two weeks is called an improvement.
Paying you the 300k once a month remains the same to me.
I am not critiquing the policy, I am speaking from an informed man's point.
'informed man's point'. U call this crap an informed view? Well, ur English has betrayed u. All u know is how insignificant the payment cycle is, since it is 30/31 days. So if ur child wants his pocket money the 19th day of every month (which is 30/31 days cycle) u will clap for him even if he is old enough to know when money is available to u?
PoliticsRe: FG Fulfils Promise Starts Paying Salary On 25th! by Nusaf: 8:17pm On Apr 25, 2016
jmaine:
You are not proving any point dude. You are simply confusing yourself in the discourse, the link you furnished has nothing to do with amtaken assertion.

Whether some of your family members work with the FG is not really important here. The meat of this discussion is that paying salaries on the 25th wasn't a big deal for the previous admin. So why should we all scream Hosanna if this admin decide to pleasantly surprise her workforce for the first time.
How will u know if it is an achievement when u are completely ignorant of how the govt sources for fund to meet salary obligation. All u know is to receive salary, and once it is delayed u start making some funny noise like one kind slowpoke without bothering to find out why.
PoliticsRe: FG Fulfils Promise Starts Paying Salary On 25th! by Nusaf: 8:03pm On Apr 25, 2016
jmaine:
The current FG still borrows to pay salaries so what is really your point ? I repeat stop pretending to be silly.
Ok, get this fact into ur skull. The total revenue accrued is usually shared among the three tiers of government at the end of every month. Most bankrupt states can't pay salaries until after this sharing. But the fed govt was buoyant enough to meet the salary obligation even before this. But what happened? Ur hero emptied the whole treasury and in order to continue with what he had met on ground, he had to resort to borrowing and this is the situation he handed over. But PMB who is not used to all those wuru wuru approach had to wait until money is available before payment. But I know some people are too daft to understand this. Are you now convinced on who should be described as silly?

You guyz are not tired of this silly conjectures. How does paying of salaries on the 25th of every month amount to patch patch approach ?
Ok, u don't get it? Few months before handing over, govt had to borrow to pay salaries having emptied the treasury and the fed govt revenue had started dwindling due to the crash in crude oil price. Is this not cut and nail approach? So in the light of this I wonder who is actually silly.

Was it not the same 25th?

Buhari causes hardships, then turns around and solves it half way and some people expect me to cheer him up.

Never!
What is happening now is the real situation of the country, not the cosmetic and patch patch approach used by GEJ after emptying the treasury despite the huge revenue accrued to the fed govt. That approach was a time-based economic disaster waiting to explode if not for the coming of PMB.

U are part of the 70% failure of buhari by rationalizing failure! Unless and until buhari add his own MW while ensuring optimal performance of what he was handed, he remains a failure.

Stop campaigning for buhari in governance while the country is in doldrums! If buhari is performing better, u don't need any epistle to show buhari is performing citizens will Feel and know so!

Buhari so far is a disaster!
Such analysis is necessary in the light of unreasonable criticisms from people like u. Nobody is campaigning for Buhari cos elections are over. U need to study the economic situation in both administrations before raising ur expectations cos reasoning is what makes the difference between u and lesser animals.

He's a genius in:

1. Fuel scarcity.

2. Hike in fuel price.

3. Dollar price hark.

4. Zero power supply.

5. High electricity tariff.

6. Breach of electoral promises.

7. Gross inflation.

8. Unemployment.

9. Massive retrenchment.

10. Lopsided appointments.

11. Tribal politics.

12. Murder of Nigerians image to the Western world eg calling all Nigerians thieves and corrupt.

13. Squandering of Nigerian money through his incessant foreign trips.

14.Misappropriation of of over $3 trillion recovered loots.

15. Persecution of perceived political enemies via the engagements of courts, DSS and EFCC.

16. Lying about the true state of terrorism viz-a-vis Fulani herdsmen and Boko Haram.

17. Back door employment of the children/wards of his political friends/godfathers eg CBN fraudulent recruitment.

18. Killing of thousands of Shiites sect members, unarmed protesters in the SS and SE of Nigeria.

19. Inflicting undue pains and hardships on Nigerians due to his unpopular economic policies.

20. Shielding/protecting his corrupt political godfathers eg Tinubu, Amechi etc.

21. Inconclusive elections which has become the order of the day in INEC.

22. Sympathy for the Fulani herdsmen.

23. Frustrating foreign students.

24. Budget delay and padding.

25. Telling lies to Nigerians eg lying that there won't be the office of the First Lady whereas the office is in full operation with the only difference being change in name - Office of the Wife of the President.

ETC ETC.
But my illiterate grandmother asked most of these questions few days ago. If similar questions are coming from a presumed Sch Cert holder like u (I don't want to assume that u attended higher institution), then that is a great disservice to your parents, your state and the nation at large cos this is nothing but waste of resources. I don't even want to talk about ur English cos an average JSS 3 student who knows his/her onions can write better. This is why it is said that half education is worse than complete lack of it. Do u know what is 3 trillion dollars? Infact I don't even know where to start the correction from and as such, the best is to allow u to continue eating ur grass, u animal.

is Buhari academically sound? Can he even express himself fluently in English?
D result we saw is a statement of result which can be easily forged wc cannot get U a job today in Nigeria cos every employer will insist on seeing Ur original certificate.
Buhari is now d president,if he truly has a high school certificate, a phone call alone will make whoever is in charge to issue him a certified true copy assuming he lost his originals but it's obvious he has none,wc is why he hasnt produced any.
If u are recruited/enlisted in the military today, while u are undergoing training, a panel will be constituted to verify ur credentials even if u had presented the originals. What then do u think is the reason for demanding the original copies of ur credentials? Very simple. If for any reason, it is discovered that they were forged, u are guilty of an offence called forgery. Prior to the presidential election when the then ruling party raised an alarm over his certificate, Buhari stated it clearly that his credentials were with the Nigerian Army. But the army denied being in possession of them. He now presented the statement of his results and announced the necessary registration information over the media. Why do u think he made that announcement? Whoever is in doubt can go ahead and verify, this is the logic. Do u think the then ruling party and INEC will be so silly not to have verified such certificate that is generating controversy? Since then have u heard of anything about that from PDP? This is something which an average graduate should know but unfortunately, most idiots parading themselves as graduates who are as ignorant as illiterate tomatoes sellers will come online and be asking for his certificate. On his ability to express himself in English language, perhaps it is u that have been interpreting for him in all the meetings he has been holding with foreign leaders. He may not be an orator, but he is very good in English language and if u think otherwise, pls specify.
