While we do not know the effect of the release of the Q1 GDP on Friday, I expect the bears to visit us because of the contracting GDP

I would suggest a cautious approach to trading until after the MPC meeting.

Coming in again maybe difficult. I wanted to get out when it got to around 1.34 planning to re-enter again. But you never can predict the news that may just come out of the blues. I have been monitoring GTB and Zenith for a while now. The gap between the two stocks used to be N4. GTB is holding firm at 19.5 and may likely hit 20 soon. The men in black are really not yet back, you can then imagine when they hit the market.

You predicted correctly!

Even though I made some margin when I sold... It was bullish today with massive bids and good volume traded.

I will try not to feel bad

And intend gave men dem heads up on the banks oh

The announcement of deregulation abi price increase favored oil and gas stocks.

Who will the impending devaluation favor?

So far I can only think of -

1, Companies that manufacture for export i.e., earn in USD
e.g. --- ?

2, Some banks I suspect e.g. GT who redeemed their Eurobond early

What kind of possible news based on current events can possibly depress the market by 20-30% in one week?

Strikes? Devaluation? Militant attacks?
