When you guys are on a call, try relating the call towards the money part. While the call is on record, call her name, Make sure you call the amount, date and year. And ask when she's going to pay. Hold that record as an evidence before you start any further investigation.

I think it's a new interface that they're working on at the moment. They only made it available for just 10% of transcribers in order to get feedback before everyone can start working on it.

The lectures are mostly one speaker. But we do sometimes get conference call (which I don't assign out, except work is scarce), but school is in session, so we mostly -- not always -- get lectures.

Accents are mostly American and Australian. I should have added that to my original post since the later can be challenging.

We'd need more explanations. Like, which interface or website are we going to be doing your job + if it's not a website, where do you want your job transcribed on? Ms word? Etc. Do you have any manual we're to read in other not to omit/ add some information we're not supposed to. Like, personal info, vulgar words. Etc

Has anyone here been paid for releasing voicemails, personal calls and the likes? Sometimes I intentionally pick seemingly voicemail so i could release it You know if a lot of people release a particular call for the same reason, we are supposed to get paid for it. Surprisingly, I'm yet to be lucky with that , or do some people transcribe voicemails?

Some people actually transcribe such call but do you know what they pay them with? Auto 1

If u use a laptop or phone, download the auto-reload page extension for chrome, set the reload timer to "2 Seconds" and you will be able to pick as many as possible. You can also download an auto-link clicker or auto-bot if you use a laptop to automate call picking.

With the 1st option above I do exhaust my daily tokens, but only work on few of them due to Call Preference reasons.

People complain about using phone for this job as a total waste of time but I can't help but to laugh.. Well, just because something don't work for you doesn't mean others ain't taking advantage of it.. Right from when I joined this platform, I've bin using my phone for this business. I complained about the obstacle at first but I sat down and developed a pattern for the job and that's what I've been using ever since. I make nothing less than $40 a week with PHONE, minus the bonus( and that's if I'm lazy that week or due to call scarcity) working with my phone is just like chatting with my hommies(so fast). Lol.. Well, weda PC or phone, the end point is to make money. Stop complaining and start doing what works best for you.
