I really don't ge how an Igbo man that is the zonal cordinator of SE can't instruct Igbos to vote from where they are
ufuosman: maybe he don't know bt if u know him u can still tell us things abt him that makes u think he can deliver Abia state because ikpeazu himself is a no go area
This thread doesn’t in any way show the full extent of what’s happening in Abia-especially Aba today. Those of us contributing are doing so at personal will. Unlike the threads of imo ,Anambra and Enugu state that at one time or the other had peoples working for the respective state governments pushing it at full steam, the same can’t be said for Abia or Ebonyi state threads.
It also means that we don’t have the full information on happenings as we can only speculate.
That being said,
1)geometric energy last year bought off EEDC from Aba and 7 other lga’s in Abia state Geometric energy is now collecting fees and distributing power from alaoji to Aba. The Geometric power plant isn’t yet fully operational ,it is undergoing maintenance and servicing of its turbines(3 gas turbines). Abia state government invested state funds into the plant to enable it meet the financial burdens the litigation for 8 years with EEDC caused. Expect at least 18 hours uninterrupted power supply in Aba before December this year.
2) like I said earlier ,there is a university almost completed and a Chinese industrial estate at the site of Enyinmba economic city, and now with geometric coming up shortly and the permission to build the Enugu-ph express gotten, that project is gaining traction. Also bear in mind that similar to the eco Atlantic City ,the lekki free trade zone etc, this project has an estimated completion date of slightly less than 20 years
I agree with you bro.
Alot is happening and many people don't know.
FOr example this road construction at Crystal Park by PH road.
Also I did not even know when the company on the last pics came into ABa. THe company with blue and red colour at the background
oilykid: Hmmmm. I hope it comes to live tho and not become another abandoned project. Btw,u thought that geometric have already finished their power project in aba
It will come to life. I follow it and I know it is not an abandoned project, at this point ABia State govt has litttle to do in terms of the project starting. THe project is now on auto pilot and is being driven by the private sector. Every necessary approval has been granted.
Yes Geometric has finished their powerplnt. They are now trying to rehabilitate the distribution lines

DennisEche: Shame on you, for how long and how many years. When was Abia State created, tell me which state in Nigeria stays in a rented Government house? shey you no get shame. When next is Ikpeazu sharing Kerosene and giving 500 Naira to women who gave birth. Start weeping if you are from Abia State
And for your info, ABia State government hous is not on rent. It was bought from an individual, not rented

Oga shut up stop shifting post.
U said Lokoja is better than Umuahia and I am telling u something else u are now talking about another thing entirely.
Only mumu people dey believe say Ikpeaszu share kerosene. I know ur kind and I don't even waste time on your lots.
I am sure ABia is more developed and organized than ur state if you will be bold enough to mention ur state\
DOes your state even do free delivery in PHC? DO the give free baby packs? Is it onlly the N500 you heard?
It is not by ranting show me your state capital.
1st Pics is ABa, 2nd Pics is an old pics of Umuahia. I am sure it is better than this now
DennisEche: With rented Government House and State House of assembly. What is in Umuahia. Go to Abakaliki and See what Gov Umahi has done and stop been a dunce.
U are the dunce one here.
ABia is building their own govt house. Weda they rented in the past or not is inconsequetial now as gar as they are building to stop renting
BTW< Abakiliki and Umuahia is the youngest and lest developed capital in SE, but they are better than more than 10 state capitals
OlujobaSamuel: The only reason for your opinion is because you are from Abia, whose capital is competing with Lokoja. Abia is the only state I've every passed through its state house and it's having a very very bad road, I gave up when I heard the govt house is rented.
Obaaderemi2: The mall has 19,000 sqm lettable space. There's another one at Dugbe with 14,000sqm lettable space. The two of them have got ShopRite as the flagship stores. Total lettable space is over 30,000sqm. What's the total lettable space of the Ebonyi mall?
Ebonyi mall is the biggest mall in the country right now and the most beautiful govt owed mall
